Description
The present invention relates to a running shoe, consisting of an upper shoe and a lower shoe Insole, midsole and tread sole, the Midsole has three sole sections, namely a heel section made of an elastic material, a Center section made of a stiff elastic material as well a toe section made of an elastic material.
Such shoes are already obvious known usage. However, these shoes are in the mid-range worked in such a way that in the development phase of the The force is applied in the midfoot area. This can lead to the formation of a flat foot as well the typical overpronation situations. In addition is an increased muscle effort for power transmission is required This can lead to premature fatigue. This means static changes throughout Musculoskeletal system can occur, misalignments forced are and thus one-sided wear on z. B. the Joints can occur. Likewise, the muscles in Affected.
AS 10 55 400 describes a "shoe bottom", i. H. a "shoe sole", and therefore not a running shoe. The got The first sole consists of two parts and in a second version from three parts. These Sole is only suitable for such shoes, that should be worn when walking. Lying while walking however with regard to the unwinding or unwinding process of the Different conditions than when running. this will especially clear from the fact that the well-known sole one has front part, which "during the rolling movement of the Sole during walking not or not significantly from Soil lifts off ". In this part there is the known Sole therefore made of a "little elastic" material, e.g. B. Leather, with the indication "little elastic" as "stiff" too understand is. The well-known sole also has a little elastic, d. H. "stiff" heel part as well a middle part made of a "more elastic" material, at for example rubber.
From US-PS 43 64 189 a running shoe is known, the Midsole also areas with different Has strength (rigidity), but this sole should be divided in the longitudinal direction of the shoe so that in the heel area on the inside of the shoe - based on a heel Longitudinal central axis - greater strength than on the The outside of the shoe is present. It should be in the forefoot area the strength on the outside - based on a Forefoot longitudinal central axis - be essentially the same like the one on the outside in the heel area. Herewith is intended to provide lateral stability to the foot when running a buckling or buckling inward are given.
The present invention is based on the object to create a running shoe that has improved handling guaranteed and guidance of the foot.
According to the invention this is achieved in that the heels cut off approximately to the beginning of the plantar fascia on Heel bone extends and the middle section in the connection then up to one through the transitions between the toes joints and determined the metatarsal bone, between the toe joint line of the toe and the toe.
This configuration according to the invention makes a run created shoe that both against overpronation as well works against supersupination. The shoe according to the invention optimally supports the development of the foot, in the heel rotation phase the cushioning of the heel bone is effected. In the sole loading phase he full support follows on average foot area and a clear force deflection in the toe rich, so that in the caulking phase all the power there can be put, and the runner an optimal force implementation, which also provides a significant relief Achilles tendon muscles are reached. The present de Invention is therefore based on the knowledge that it is for proper handling of the foot in the shoe is required Lich is to design the sole such that a bend the sole in the midfoot area, d. H. before the approach of Toes, that is, before the first toe joint is prevented, but at the same time it is ensured that in the toe area such elasticity of the sole is present that here a smooth adjustment of the shoe sole to the ab winding process is guaranteed.
Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are included in the subclaims.

As can be seen in FIG. 1, a running shoe 1 according to the invention consists of an upper shoe 2 and a lower shoe 3 . The lower shoe is formed from an insole 4 , a midsole 5 and a profile sole 6 . As is apparent from FIGS. 1 and 2, the midsole is divided into three portions 5, namely a heel portion 7, a central portion 8 and a toe portion 9. The heel section 7 consists entirely or partially ( FIG. 1) of an elastic, in particular soft, elastic material, which is sold, for example, by the Freudenberg company under the name "Lunasoft". This material has a good damping effect and is resilient. The toe section 9 can also be made of the same material. The middle section 8 consists of a rigid ("heavy elastic") material, for example hard rubber, such material is sold by the Freudenberg company under the name "Mikrolight". As is apparent from Fig. 2, the heel portion 7 extends from the end of the sole up to the neck A of the plantar fascia of the calcaneus 10, and the center portion 8 extends approximately from the neck A of the heel bone 10 until the transition between joints 11 and foot bones which means 12 , this transition being shown by a connecting line 13 (basic toe joint line) between the 1st and 5th toes in FIG. 2 and in FIG. 3. Through this embodiment of the invention, the area of the foot between the first third of the heel bone 10 is fully supported up to the beginning of the toes, so that no deflection and development of the foot can take place in this area, rather the processing takes place exactly where the human foot is designed to be movable by the toe joints, so that the entire power transmission can take place in this toe region. The transition from the heavily elastic middle section 8 into the two elastic sections 7 and 9 of the midsole 5 is preferably not abrupt, but via inclined parting surfaces 14 , 15 . This is advantageous on the one hand for mechanical reasons of the connection technology of the individual sections to one another and on the other hand also to have a certain tolerance range for dimensional deviations with regard to the foot sizes still possible in the same shoe.
In Fig. 1 an alternative to Fig. 2 embodiment of the heel section 7 is shown. Here, the hard elastic portion 8 approximately in the upper third of the thickness of the midsole is pulled through 5 backwards to the end of the sole, so that the elastic material consists of heel portion 7 forms a lying beneath buffer portion 7 a. This design achieves a harder cushioning effect and stabilization of the shoe.
As is apparent from FIG. 4, it is further within the scope of the invention if the heavily elastic central section 8 is enlarged approximately triangularly in the direction of the shoe tip 16 in such a way that it extends on the outside of the shoe to the end member of the 5th toe. This triangular section 17 has the effect that the development direction is controlled in the direction of the first toe, so that a pure loading of the shoe on the outer edge is prevented. A corresponding effect can be achieved by designing the insole accordingly. The insole can be made of the same material as is known throughout. But it is also possible to divide them into three sections of different elasticity according to the midsole 5 . In this case, the insole has an approximately circular soft-elastic section 26 in the heel region, see FIGS . 3 and 4.
As is apparent from Fig. 5, it is also within the scope of the invention, when the shoe upper 2 so mounted on the lower plate 3, that the upper shoe and the lower shoe are fully laminated with each other so that there is no lateral projection of the upper gives to the lower shoe . This design results in an even distribution of force over the entire foot surface.
As shown in particular in FIG. 1, the running shoe 1 according to the invention has a rear cap with an inside section 18 and an outside section 19 . This rear cap consists of a material stiffened in relation to the rest of the upper material. It is now advantageous if the inside rear cap section 18 ends in front of the basic toe joint of the 1st toe and the outside rear cap section 19 ends in front of the basic toe joint of the 5th toe. As a result, all-round guidance in the shoe is achieved, so that precise control of the power flow or the power transmission when unwinding the foot is ensured. Furthermore, it is advantageous according to the invention if the rear cap has a cutout 20 in the Achilles tendon area, so that the softer shoe upper material is present there. As further shown in FIG. 1, the running shoe according to the invention has an exchangeable footbed 21 . The side edges 22 , 23 of the shoe upper below the ankle run at different heights; the inner side edge 22 is higher than the outer side edge 23 .
In FIG. 6, a further embodiment of the invention is shown, wherein the insole 4 in the region 27 a of the support of the I. toe and in the region 27 b corresponding to the center portion is stiffened. 8 These areas 27 a, 27 b act as a kind of torsion spring. This training is particularly advantageous if arthrosis has developed in the toe joint of the first toe, since this supports the toe. It is expedient here, in the area of the toe of the toe, in front of the line 13, to form a detention section 27 c made of heavy-elastic material, which counteracts the action of the torsion spring.
Fig. 1 shows yet another special feature of the invention. Shortly below the arch of the foot, an extended lacing 24 is provided, which extends through eyelets 25 , which are fastened approximately at the level of the top edge of the inner and outer rear cap sections 18 , 19 at the beginning of the heel bone. This additional lacing 24 through the eyelets 25 results in improved stability, and the shaft is given a better permanent hold in the rear quarter part.
In Fig. 7 shows an embodiment of a profiled sole 6 according to the invention. This tread sole is divided in wesent union into three sole sections 28 , 29 , 30 , namely in adaptation to the arrangement and size of the sections 7 , 8 , 9 of the midsole 5 and their elastic properties, the tread sole 6 in one piece from a uniform Material is made. The middle section 29 is heavily elastic due to the large and wide profile sections 31 , whereas the front toe section 30 is elastic, which is achieved by narrowing the profile ribs 32 . The heel section 28 is made of solid material and is circular with a concave curved surface. This design achieves spring elasticity. The separation between the front section 30 and the center section 29 takes place according to the line 13 in FIG. 3 , so that the ideal development line is also taken into account in the sole structure. Here, a triangular section 83 made of full, non-profiled material is provided in the area of the support of the toe, whereby the ideal development is directed over the first toe. For runners who run heavily on the outer edge, support is achieved that counteracts this tendency.
