Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a running shoe, consisting of an upper shoe and a lower shoe Insole, midsole and tread sole, the Midsole has three sole sections, namely a heel section made of elastic material, one Center section made of heavy elastic material and a Toe section made of elastic material, the Heel section approximately to the area of the neck of the Plantarfacia on the heel bone of one foot and the middle down then cut to one through the transition between the toes and the metatarsals the basic toe joint line between the 1st and 5th toes extend, and wherein the central portion and the heels section on the one hand and the middle section and the The toe section, on the other hand, each has an inclined end Partitions are separated from each other.
Such a running shoe is from DE-OS 36 41 079 known. Because of the description in this publication NEN, special design of the midsole prevented the well-known running shoe effectively the formation of a sink foot as well as oversupinations (outward turns) and over pronations (inward turns) of the foot by making the Supporting and controlling the movement of the foot while running. This will provide support in the midfoot area ensures that the sole bends in the area between the heel and the first toe joints are prevented but at the same time it is ensured that in the toe area such elasticity of the sole is present that here a smooth adjustment of the shoe sole to the Unwinding process is guaranteed.
With the midsole of the well-known running shoe they go each adjacent of the three sole sections over obliquely running dividing surfaces into one another, whereby these But dividing surfaces are aligned and arranged in such a way that when the foot unwinds, the transitions between the individual sections regarding the elasti properties are too abrupt.
The present invention is therefore based on the object to improve the known running shoe so that the foot processing is optimized, with a heel area smooth, cushioning transition from the elastic heel cut to the heavily elastic middle section and / or increased comfort for the foot in the toe area Processing should be guaranteed.
According to the invention this is achieved in that the separation area between the heel section and the middle section runs so obliquely that it starts from the Tread sole obliquely towards the front of a shoe and extends upwards towards the insole, and / or that the interface between the central portion and the toe section is inclined so that it is starting from the insole at an angle towards the profile sole down and towards the toe extends in front.
This advantageous embodiment results in the heel area between the insole and the middle Section of the midsole is wedge-shaped towards the front tapered gusset, in which the elastic material of the heel section extends. This takes place at First run an elastic, the impact energy of the dampening deformation of the foot striking the ground Heel section. In the subsequent processing of the The force transmission reaches the area of the foot tapered gusset according to the invention, in which the Overall, the sole is steady and preferably progressive hardened. The elasticity of the heel area goes as a result in this transition area steadily into the heavy elasticity the center area above. This creates the impact energy advantageously damped very gently, which is the foot development significantly favored.
In the front area of the shoe lies through the fiction appropriate design practically the reverse case, i.e. between the insole and the midsection of the Midsole is an expanding with which elastic material of the toe section of the midsole filled gusset formed. It runs hard elastic middle section preferably in the area of Pointed toe joint line on the side of the tread sole out. As a result, the development of the Foot much more comfortable because the elasticity in one Transition area from the mid-range elasticity cut up to the basic toe joint line down to the Elasticity of the toe section increases.
Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are included in the subclaims.

As can be seen in FIG. 1, a running shoe 1 according to the invention consists of an upper shoe 2 and a lower shoe 3 . The lower shoe 3 is formed from an insole 4 , a midsole 5 and a profiled sole 6 . As is apparent from FIGS. 1 and 2, the midsole is divided into three portions 5, namely a heel portion 7, a central portion 8 and a toe portion 9. The heel section 7 consists of an elastic, in particular soft elastic material, which is sold for example under the name "Lunasoft" by the Freudenberg company. This material has a good damping effect and is resilient. The toe section 9 can also be made of the same material. The middle section 8 consists of a heavy elastic material, for example hard rubber. Such material is sold by the Freudenberg company under the name "Mikrolight". The middle section 8 thus advantageously forms a type of "bridge" between the elastic sections 7 and 9 , in the region of which bending of the sole is prevented.
As is apparent from Fig. 2, the Fersenab extending section 7 from the rear end of the sole as far as the attachment A of Plantarfacie of the calcaneus 10, and the center portion 9 extends from about the neck A of the heel bone 10 until the transition between joints 11 and the middle foot bone 12 , this transition being shown by a connecting line, ie the so-called basic toe joint line (ball line) 13 , between the 1st and 5th toes in FIG. 2 and in FIG. 3.
By this configuration, the area of the foot between the first third of the heel bone 10 to the beginning of the toes of the "bridge" formed by the central section 8 is fully supported, so that in this area deflection and development of the foot is excluded, rather Processing takes place exactly where the human foot is designed to be movable through the toe joints, so that the entire power transmission can take place in this toe area.
The transition from the heavily elastic central section 8 into the two elastic sections 7 and 9 takes place - as can be seen in FIGS. 1 and 2 - via inclined separating surfaces 14 , 15 . The separating surface 14 between the heel section 7 and the middle section 8 is oriented according to the invention in such a way that it extends obliquely starting from the profile sole 6 in the direction of a shoe tip 16 to the front and in the direction of the insole 4 upwards. Alternatively or additionally, the separating surface 15 extends between the middle section 8 and the toe section 9 according to the invention, starting from the insole 4 obliquely in the direction of the profile sole 6 downwards and in the direction of the shoe tip 16 to the front.
As a result, the elasticity of the midsole as a whole changes continuously during the unwinding movement in the area of a gusset formed between the insole 4 and the separating surface 14 and continuously tapering forward from the elasticity of the heel section 7 into the heavy elasticity of the middle section 8 forming the "bridge", so that damping is achieved. In order to make this damping progressive or degressive, it can be advantageous if the separating surface 14 between the heel section 7 and the middle section 8 is curved in the longitudinal section of the midsole 5 , in particular - as shown in FIG. 1 - in the direction of the insole 4 , ie has a convex curve upwards.
In the transition area between the middle section 8 and the toe section 9 , due to the orientation of the separating surface 15 formed here between the insole 4 and the middle section 8, a gusset which widens towards the front is formed, so that here the overall elasticity of the midsole 5 steadily from the heaviness of the middle section 8 changes into the elasticity of the toe section 9 . Again, it can be advantageous to achieve a progressive or degressive change, the parting surface 15 curved, in particular in the direction of the insole 4 curved upward convex.
Furthermore, according to the invention, the separating surface 15 between the central section 8 and the toe section 9 is arranged in such a way that the central section 8 tapers to the front at the basic toe joint line 13 (see FIG. 2). This means that the separating surface 15 forms a front end line on the side of the profile sole 6 , which essentially coincides with the ball line or toe joint line 13 .
Fig. 2). In the heel area, it is provided that the separating surface 14 between the heel section 7 and the middle section 8 on the side of the profile sole 6 det a bil end line which runs in an area behind the approach A of the plantar facie (see. Fig. 2). The separating surface 14 ends in its front area on the side of the insole 4 in a front end line which, according to the invention, lies in the area in front of the neck A of the plantar facie. As a result, the full elasticity of the heel section 7 is present in the rearmost heel area behind the neck A , and in the area adjoining in the direction of the neck A and beyond, there is a constant reduction in the elasticity (damping).
The exact course of the rear parting surface 14 is to be determined as a function of the desired damping properties. It should be noted that the closer the separating surface 14 is arranged to the foot, the greater the damping.
In deviation from the exemplary embodiment shown, it is also within the scope of the invention to arrange the rear separating surface 14 in such a way that it forms an end line on the side of the profiled sole 6 which essentially runs below the approach A of the plantar facie. Here, the full elasticity of the heel section 7 is present in the heel area behind the neck A , and in the area adjoining in the direction of the neck A there is a constant reduction in the elasticity, ie the desired damping. As an alternative to this, it is also within the scope of the invention if the separating surface 14 forms an end line on the side of the insole 4 which runs below the approach A of the plantar facie. In this case, a damping reduction of the elasticity takes place already in a transition area lying behind the approach A , while in the area lying in front of the approach A the full support of the heavily elastic central section 8 is given.
The inclined arrangement of the two separating surfaces 14 and 15 is also advantageous on the one hand for mechanical reasons of the connection technology of the individual sections to one another and on the other hand also to have a certain tolerance range for dimensional deviations with regard to the foot sizes still possible in the same shoe.
As is apparent from Fig. 4, it is further within the scope of the invention if the heavily elastic central section 8 of the type is enlarged by an approximately triangular section 17 in the direction of the toe 16 so that it extends on the outside of the shoe to the end member of the V. Toe stretches. This triangular section 17 causes the Abwicklungsrich device is controlled in the direction of the I. toe, so that a pure load on the shoe on the outer edge is prevented. An approximately corresponding effect can be achieved by an appropriate construction of the insole. The insole can be made of the same material as is known throughout. However, it is also possible to divide them into three sections of different elasticity in accordance with the midsole 5 . In this case, the insole in the heel area of an approximately circular, soft elastic portion 26, see Fig. 3 As is clear from Fig. 5 results, it is also within the scope of the invention, when the shoe upper 2 so mounted on the lower plate 3 is that the upper shoe and the lower shoe are connected to one another over the full area, so that there is no lateral protrusion of the upper shoe from the lower shoe. This training ensures an even distribution of force over the entire foot surface. As shown in FIG. 1 in particular, the running shoe according to the invention has an inside and an outside rear cap 18 , 19 . These rear caps consist of a material stiffened in relation to the remaining material of the upper shoe. Here it is now advantageous if the inside rear cap 18 before the toe base joint of the toe I. and the outside rear cap 19 ends toe before Zehgrundgelenk the Fifth. This results in an all-round guidance in the shoe, so that an exact control of the flow of force or the transmission of force is ensured when unwinding the foot. Furthermore, it is advantageous according to the invention if the rear cap has a cutout 20 in the Achilles tendon area, so that the softer shoe upper material is present there.
As shown in Fig. 1 further shows, the running shoe according to the invention to a removable footbed 21st Furthermore, the side edges 22 , 23 run at different heights below the ankle or ankle. So the inner side edge 23 is higher than the outer side edge 22nd
In FIG. 6, a further embodiment of the invention provides Darge, wherein the insole 4 in the region 27 a of the support of the I. toe and in the region 27 b in accordance with the Mittenab cut 8 is stiffened. These areas 27 a , 27 b act as a kind of torsion spring. If arthrosis has formed in the toe joint of the first toe, the training according to the invention is particularly advantageous since it supports the toe. It is expedient if in the area of the V. toe in front of the line 13 a detention section 27 c is formed from heavy-elastic material, which counteracts the action of the torsion spring.
Fig. 1 shows yet another special feature of the invention. An extended lacing 24 is provided just below the arch of the foot, which extends through eyelets 25 which are fastened approximately at the level of the top edge of the inner and outer rear caps 18 , 19 at the beginning of the heel bone. This additional lacing 24 through the eyelets 25 results in improved stability, and the shaft is given a better, permanent hold in the rear quarter part.
In Fig. 7 shows an embodiment of a profiled sole 6 according to the invention. This tread sole is divided in wesent union into three sole sections 28 , 29 , 30 , namely in adaptation to the arrangement and size of the sections 7 , 8 , 9 of the midsole 5 and their elastic properties, the tread sole 6 in one piece from a uniform Material is made. The middle section 29 is heavily elastic due to the large and wide profile sections 31 , whereas the front toe section 30 is elastic, which is achieved by a narrower design of the profile ribs 32 . The heel section 28 is made of solid material and is circular in shape with a concavely curved surface. This design achieves spring elasticity. The separation between the front section 30 and the middle section 29 takes place according to the line 13 in Fig. 3, so that the ideal development line is also taken into account in the sole structure. Here, a triangular section 33 made of full, non-profiled material is provided in the area of the support of the toe, whereby the ideal development is directed over the first toe. For runners who run heavily on the outer edge, support is achieved that counteracts this tendency.
