Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a running shoe, consisting of an upper shoe and a lower shoe Insole, midsole and tread sole, the Midsole has three sole sections, one Heel section made of elastic material, a middle cut from inelastic material and a toe cut from elastic material.
Such a shoe is already known. However, these are Shoes in the middle section worked so that in the Development phase of the foot the force transmission in the midfoot area is done. This can lead to the formation of a Flat foot and the typical overpronation situations come. In addition, increased muscle exertion is necessary Power transmission required, causing premature Fatigue can occur. This means that static Changes can occur in the entire musculoskeletal system, Malpositions are forced and thus one-sided Wear damage to e.g. B. the joints can occur. The muscles are also affected.
The present invention is based on the object To create a running shoe that has an optimal handling and Guidance of the foot guaranteed. According to the invention in that the heel section extends to the middle of the heel bone and the middle section in Connection to this through the transition between the Toe joints and toes formed in the metatarsal bone basic joint line between the I. and V. toe. Through this According to the invention, a running shoe is created fen, both against overpronation and against Übersupi nation works. The shoe according to the invention supports in optimally the development of the foot, being in the Heel rotation phase the heel is cushioned, and in the sole loading phase there is a full-area support in the entire midfoot area and a clear force deflection in the toe area, so that in in the caulking phase, the entire force can be implemented there, so that the runner finds an optimal power conversion, which also significantly relieves the Achilles tendons muscles are reached. The present invention is based thereby realizing that it is flawless Handling the foot in the shoe is necessary, the sole to be designed in such a way that the sole bends on the average foot area, d. H. before the tip of the toes, i.e. before the first toe joint is prevented, but at the same time it is ensured that such in the toe area Elasticity of the sole is present, that here a supple Adapting the shoe sole to the unwinding process is guaranteed.
Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are in contain the subclaims.
Es zeigen: Using those shown in the accompanying drawings The invention is now closer to exemplary embodiments explained. Show it:

As can be seen in FIG. 1, a running shoe 1 according to the invention consists of an upper shoe 2 and a lower shoe 3 . The lower shoe is formed from an insole 4 , a midsole 5 and a profile sole 6 . As is apparent from FIGS. 1 and 2, the midsole is divided into three portions 5, namely a heel portion 7, a central portion 8 and a toe portion 9. The heel section 7 consists entirely or partially ( FIG. 1) of an elastic, in particular soft, elastic material, which is sold, for example, by the Freudenberg company under the name "Lunasoft". This material has a good damping effect and is resilient. The toe section 9 can also be made of the same material. The central section 8 consists of a heavy elastic material, for example hard rubber, such material is sold by the Freudenberg company under the name "Mikrolight". As is apparent from Fig. 2, the heel portion 7 extends from the end of the sole up to the neck A of the Plantarfacie of the calcaneus 10, and the center portion 8 extends approximately from the neck A of the heel bone 10 until the transition between joints 11 and foot bones which means 12 . This transition is shown by a connecting line 13 (toe joint line) between the I. and V. toe in Fig. 2 and in Fig. 3. By means of this embodiment according to the invention, the area of the foot between the first third of the heel bone 10 and the beginning of the toes is supported over the entire area, so that no deflection and development of the foot can take place in this area, rather the processing takes place exactly where the human foot is designed to be movable by the toe joints, so that the entire power transmission can take place in this toe area. The transition from the heavily elastic central section 8 into the two elastic sections 7 and 9 is preferably not abrupt, but via oblique parting surfaces 14 , 15th This is advantageous on the one hand for mechanical reasons of the connection technology of the individual sections to one another and on the other hand also to have a certain tolerance range for dimensional deviations with regard to the foot sizes still possible in the same shoe.
In Fig. 1 an alternative to Fig. 2 embodiment of the heel section 7 is shown. Here, the heavily elastic section 8 is pulled approximately in the upper third of the Fersenab section, so that the buffer section 7 a consisting of elastic material is located below it. This design achieves a harder cushioning effect and stabilization of the shoe.
As is apparent from FIG. 4, it is further within the scope of the invention if the heavily elastic central section 8 is enlarged approximately triangularly in the direction of the shoe tip 16 in such a way that it extends on the outside of the shoe to the end member of the 5th toe. This triangular section 17 has the effect that the development direction is controlled in the direction of the first toe, so that a pure loading of the shoe on the outer edge is prevented. A corresponding effect can be achieved by designing the insole accordingly. The insole can be made of the same material as is known throughout. But it is also possible to divide them into three sections of different elasticity according to the midsole 5 . In this case, the insole has an approximately circular soft-elastic section 26 in the heel region, see FIGS . 3 and 4.
As is apparent from Fig. 5, it is also within the scope of the invention, if the upper shoe 2 is such mounted on the lower plate 3, that the upper shoe and the lower shoe are fully laminated with each other so that there is no lateral projection of the upper to the lower shoe results. This design results in an even distribution of force over the entire foot surface. As shown in FIG. 1 in particular, the running shoe 1 according to the invention has an inside and an outside rear cap 18 , 19 . These rear caps consist of a material stiffened in relation to the remaining material of the upper shoe. It is now advantageous if the inside rear cap ends in front of the basic toe joint of the 1st toe and the outside rear cap ends in front of the basic toe joint of the 5th toe. As a result, all-round guidance in the shoe is achieved, so that precise control of the power flow or the power transmission when unwinding the foot is ensured. Furthermore, it is advantageous according to the invention if the rear cap has a cutout 20 in the Achilles tendon area, so that the softer shoe upper material is present there. As shown in Fig. 1 further shows, the running shoe according to the invention to a removable footbed 21st The side edges 22 , 23 below the ankle run at different heights, so the inner side edge 22 is higher than the outer side edge 23 .
In FIG. 6, a further embodiment of the invention is shown, wherein the insole 4 in the region 20 of the pad I. toe and in the region 21 corresponding to the center portion is stiffened. 8 These areas 20 , 21 act as a kind of torsion spring. This training is particularly advantageous if osteoarthritis has developed in the toe joint of the first toe, since this supports the toe. It is useful if a Detorsionsab section 27 is formed from heavy-elastic material in the area of the V. toe above the line 13, which counteracts the action of the torsion spring.
Fig. 1 shows yet another special feature of the invention. Shortly below the arch of the foot, an extended lacing 24 is provided, which runs through eyelets 25 , which are fastened approximately at the level of the top edge of the inner and outer caps 18 , 19 at the beginning of the heel bone. This additional lacing 24 through the eyelets 25 results in improved stability, and the shaft is given a better permanent hold in the rear quarter part.
In Fig. 7 shows an embodiment of a profiled sole 6 according to the invention. This tread sole is divided in wesent union into three sole sections 28 , 29 , 30 , namely in adaptation to the arrangement and size of the sections 7 , 8 , 9 of the midsole 5 and their elastic properties, the tread sole 6 in one piece from a uniform Material is made. The middle section 29 is heavily elastic due to the large and wide profile sections 31 , whereas the front toe section 30 is elastic, which is achieved by narrowing the profile ribs 32 . The heel section is made of solid material and is circular with a concave curved surface. This design achieves spring elasticity. The separation between the front section 30 and the center section 29 takes place according to the line 13 in FIG. 3, so that the ideal development line is also taken into account in the sole structure. Here, a triangular section 33 made of full, non-profiled material is provided in the area of the support of the toe, whereby the ideal development is directed over the first toe. For runners who run heavily on the outer edge, support is achieved that counteracts this tendency.
