Description

Process for the production of solutions from cellulose or substances containing cellulose. In the patent 3o6818 is a ver drive for the production of loos (unigen from cell lulose or zcllwlo @ containing substances are described ben., in which a solvent. Ge mixed, of hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid wind, which is less than 39 percent Chlorwaisiserstbff contains. The different Cellulose substances behave in this solution mixed opposite to different. Besionders if you have large amounts of sulfuric acid in want to avoid the solution and accordingly with the hydrogen chloride content not goes down well below 39 percent to be sure to the purest possible Zejgul (ys, e still good Get solutions. The less pure Zellulosep: but products of the trade result easy solution n., for which a (if also usually only very small) Part unsolved remains behind. Further experiments have now shown the cellulosamateria @ oil fills up faster and come in the hydrochloric acid-sulphuric acid Mixture dissolves if: one does it beforehand Subjects to treatment with Aämfien. The procedure can be, for example, as follows: be carried out in such a way: one part roughly shredded sulphite fibreboard is supplied with five parts about Mrozenüiger the length of baking soda knefet, after standing for about resounding diluted with wasiser and the alkaline liquid the presence of the impurities dissolved in it gen by Abpresisen., Absahlewdern or the like. from the cellulose separated. The cellulose residue wind then washed with water until Disappear in the alkaline reaction. It is then expedient to leave a few more wa- Follow with acidified water and washes the acid again with purer water ser on. The cellular material purified in this way is now dried and then doze easily in a hydrochloric acid-schiwiefelic acid mixture on what z. B. 35 percent hydrogen chloride in addition to about 1z percent sulfuric acid contains.
