Description

Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Halsschachteln. Zusatz zum Patent 3594o5. ' 13ei der Anordnung nach dem Patent 359405 tritt bei schwächerem Karton der Übelstand auf, daß der äußere Schachtelring und der Halseinsatz durch den Schachtelboden beim -Überziehen des zum Festklemmen dienenden Papiers beschädigt werden. Auch bauchen sich der äußere Schachtelring und der Halseinsatz infolge des auf sie wirkenden Druckes leicht nach innen aus. Der Erfindung gemäß werden diese Übelstände dadurch behoben, daß der Boden nicht, wie im Patent 359405 angegeben ist, auf den Halseinsatz gelegt wird, sondern in diesen hinein. Die Unterkante des Halseinsatzes und des Ringteiles schneiden infolgedessen mit der Unterfläche des Bodens ab. Damit diese Arbeitsweise möglich ist, hat der die Schachtel bei der Herstelhing aufnehmende Unterstempel eine andere Gestaltung erhalten. Der Unterstempel ist derart ausgeführt, daß der Halseinsatz auf seine ganze Länge von innen festgehalten wird und der Boden auf dem Unterstempel eine Stütze findet. Da der Druck des Oberstempels nicht mehr durch den Boden auf den Halsring übertragen wird, ist eine Beschädigung des letzteren nicht mehr möglich.
