einem eine Sitzbrille aufweisenden Aufsatzteil für die Toilette
und mindestens einer seitlich der Sitzbrille angeordneten Sitz

insbesondere mit dem Einnehmen des Sitzplatzes auf der Sitz
brille nichts zu tun. Die starke Profilierung in Querrichtung
der Sitzbrille, die der besseren Oberschenkelauflage dient,
stellt ein wesentliches Hindernis für Schwerstbehinderte dar,
wenn sie von der Sitzbrille auf die seitlich daneben angeordne
ten Sitzflächen gelangen wollen. Eine zusätzlich vorgesehene
Rückenlehne und auf gleichem Niveau mit der Rückenlehne ange
ordnete, seitlich verschwenkbare Armstützen dienen lediglich
dem Sitzkomfort bei längerer Toilettenbenutzung. Insbesondere
die seitlich verschwenkbaren Armstützen sind - gerade wegen ih
rer Verschwenkbarkeit - nicht geeignet, einem Behinderten einen
sicheren Halt für seine Stützhand zu geben, wenn er sich zwi
schen der Sitzbrille und der daneben angeordneten Sitzfläche
seitlich verschieben wollte. Für diesen Zweck ist die schwenk
bare Armlehne im übrigen erheblich zu hoch um eine körper- und

rutschen von der Sitzfläche in eine Position (des Gesäßes)
