Description

Die Erfindung gehört zu dem Gebiet der Sportgeräte- Herstellung und hier speziell zum gezielten Training der Finger, der Hand und des Unterarmes.
Die Erfindung, ein Handpressball, Finger-, Hand- und Unterarmtrainingsgerät aus speziellem Material hergestellt, der Handform angepaßt, kann für verschiedene Handgrößen und in verschiedenen Widerstandsklassen hergestellt werden.
Es ist bekannt, daß ein gezieltes Training speziell der Finger und der Hand mit den bisherigen Geräten nur begrenzt, schwierig und der menschlichen Handform bzw. des Bewegungsablaufes wenig entgegenkommt.
Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß ein aus speziellem Material hergestellter, der Form der Hand angepaßter und dem Bewegungsablauf entgegenkommender Handpressball ein gezieltes Finger, Hand- und auch Unterarmtraining ermöglicht.
Der Handpressball besteht aus speziellem Material, das nach jeder Handbetätigung, d. h. nach jedem Zusammendrücken wieder in die Ausgangsposition zurückgeht, der Widerstand des Handpressballes kann in verschiedenen Stärken hergestellt werden. Auch kann der Handpressball aus mehreren Materialien bestehen.
Die durch diese Erfindung erzielten Vorteile bestehen insbesondere in der Hand angepaßten Form und dadurch dem menschlichen Bewegungsablauf des Einzelnen entgegenkommt.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel ist auf der Zeichnung dargestellt.

Claims (2)

1. Handpressball aus speziellem Material zur Stärkung der Finger, der Hand und des Unterarmes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gerät in der Form dem menschlichen Bewegungsablauf der Hand angepaßt ist, aus speziellem Material hergestellt und dadurch ein gezieltes Training der Finger, der Hand und auch des Unterarmes möglich ist.
2. Handpressball aus speziellem Material, Form auch verschiedener Widerstandsklassen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch die Form, den Widerstand und Art des Gerätes ein gezieltes Finger-, Hand-und Unterarmtraining absolviert werden kann.
