Description
The invention relates to the anchoring of a floating dock Help from dolphins.
Anlageteller hervor.Anchors of this type are already known. From the US PS 44 93 283 is a pontoon bridge made up of individual segments, that by means of post-like piles on the water floor anchoring concrete lying bodies is anchored. From DE-Z "Hansa", Sept. 1977, Issue 17, 114th year, p. 1537/38 the anchorage of an excavator pontoon is known, the during the excavator operation on two stilts with floor plates supports. A flushing device continues to go out of this for the cymbal cylinder or contact plate.
Furthermore, a suction dredger is known, the anchoring pile has a base plate on which vertically pointed bolts are attached are to ensure secure adhesion of the floor slab in the bottom to guarantee.
These conventional anchors have the following disadvantages: anchoring with anchor chains or anchor stones and chains the dock has a large horizontal, especially when submerged Freedom of movement that adversely affects the loads the access bridge and its storage on land. When laying the anchor or anchor stones occur placement inaccuracies on and with lateral wind pressure there is a lateral shift instead of. Chains and anchors have to be laboriously processed to be installed on site and are expensive.
Anker- bzw. Anchor or anchor stones are tightened by chains (at strong side pressure on the dock). With the known Anchoring with dolphins must be rammed in a complex process and they must be an excess length equal to the pile depth to have. If the dolphins are subjected to excessive bending stress complex repair work, and the renovation of rotten Dalben is expensive.
The object of the invention is to overcome these disadvantages avoid.
(Fig. 3).According to Fig. 1 to 4 are loosely provided in Dalbenschlössern 3 guided dolphins 1, which in turn ei nes bottomed cylinder 6 articulated rest in a bearing shell 5 in a point-shaped step bearing. 4 The dolphin tubes 1 are filled with Be ton to increase weight and thus find their fixed point in bearing shells 5 of the bottom cylinder 6 . When the dock 2 is lowered, it is guided parallel through the two dolphin locks 3 provided for each dolphin tube 1 , and by the articulated mounting of the dolphins 1 in the bottom cylinders 6 , it is possible for the dolphins 1 to mingle with the dock 2 or heel it can fit on. ( Fig. 3).
(Fig. 5)
The bottom cylinders 6 are designed as bells 7 which are open at the bottom and whose sheet metal jacket is pressed into the bottom until an upper support plate 9 prevents the dolphin-bottom cylinder combination from sinking further. For particularly soft floors, a support plate 9 with thrust plates 10 must be provided according to the carrying capacity of the floor, as shown in FIG . For hard floors, a larger diameter plate 11 , possibly with a collar, is seen, which has one or more mandrels 12 on the underside, which are pressed into the ground. The bell casing 7 'is intended to prevent the fixed point from moving laterally. The following is regarded as a particular advantage of the subject matter of the invention:
If it has to be towed to the final berth by means of a tow rope 17, the dock 2 can already be equipped with the required dolphins 1 on site. ( Fig. 5) In this case, the dolphins 1 would already be held in a virtually raised position for the sea transport in the dolphin locks 3 and the docks 2 would thus be transported. On site, the dock 2 is lowered abge in its final position, the dolphin holder is released so that the dolphins 1 remain on the bottom of the water when the dock 2 floats. To increase the weight, the dolphin tubes 1 were filled with concrete before the dock floated, so that the loose bottom cylinders 6 were pressed into the bottom.
(Fig. 6)Another possibility, which is somewhat more complex and should possibly be used on harder soils, would be to anchor the dolphins 1 with the help of the auxiliary knee 18 and the weight of the sinking dock 2 in the ground, ie to press them into the ground. For this purpose, the dolphins 1 would have to be permanently connected to the dock 2 for a short time, the dock 2 should be lowered further in the direction of the arrow F until the plates 11 rest firmly on the floor, or the floor cylinders 6 (pressed into the floor) by means of the auxiliary knee 18 . When lowering the depth of penetration of the plate 11 is checked by means of draft marks on the Dal ben 1 . There are always two diagonally opposed dolphins pressed so that the process would have to follow twice. ( Fig. 6)
This shows a way to anchor a dock on site with minimal effort. The dolphins need not be longer than the water depth, the dock 2 is positioned in an immovable position, the floating of the dock 2 into possibly inaccurately rammed dolphins is eliminated and the assembly times at the berth can be reduced. Finally, the dolphins according to the invention are easily interchangeable and repairable. In order to be able to disassemble the dock later in use - e.g. B. for repairing or dredging the dock pit - the bottom cylinders 6 are to be formed according to FIG. 8. The construction shown there corresponds in a somewhat more solid construction to that in FIG. 4, by means of solid knobs 15 on the dolphin tube 1 of the bottom cylinder 6 by the dolphin 1 can be pulled from the bottom (not shown) by the dock 2 by slight draining generates the necessary lifting force. The process is made easier by flushing the cylinders in the floor. In the event that a dock pit is required, it must be dimensioned such that the bottom cylinders 6 are located within the dock pit.
