Abstract
Description
Verankerung eines Schwimmdocks mit Hilfe von DalbenAnchoring a floating dock with the help of dolphins
Verankerung eines Schwimmdocks mit Hilfe von Dalben Die Erfindung betrifft die Verankerung eines Schwimmdocks mit Hilfe von Dalben.Anchoring a floating dock with the help of dolphins The invention concerns the anchoring of a floating dock with the help of dolphins.
Conventional dock anchors have the following disadvantages: With a The dock has special anchoring by means of anchor chains or anchor stones and chains a great horizontal freedom of movement in the submerged state, which is disadvantageous affects the loads on the access bridge and its storage on land. At the Placement inaccuracies occur when the anchors or anchor stones are laid lateral wind pressure there is a lateral shift. Chains and anchors must be laid in a complex process on site and are expensive.
Anker- bzw. Anchor stones or anchor stones are tightened by chains (with strong Side pressure on the dock). With the known anchoring with dolphins these must be rammed in a complex process and they must be excessively long equal to the driving depth. In the event of excessive bending stress on the dolphins expensive repair work and the renewal of rotted dolphins is expensive.
The invention is based on the task of avoiding these disadvantages.
The solution to this problem is described in the claims.
In the following, examples are shown on the basis of the drawings Formations of the subject matter of the invention, these explained in more detail and their advantages explained. In the drawings: FIG. 1 shows the dock anchorage according to the invention in cross section through the dock, Fig. 2 shows the arrangement of the dolphins on the dock, Fig. 3 shows the Dock anchorage according to the invention in a partial view from the side, Fiq. 4 shows a floor cylinder according to the invention in section, FIG. 5 shows a dock with anchoring according to the invention in the side view and clearly for towing over sea Fig. 6a and 6b details of Fig. 5, dolphin tube locked for the Seetranssort and for anchoring on soft ground, Fig. 7 as before, but for anchoring on hard ground, Fig. 8 details of the dolphin tube and the bottom cylinder.
According to FIGS. 1 to 4, dolphins are loose, in 3 dolphin locks 1 provided, in turn in a bearing shell 5 of a bottom cylinder 6 in one point-shaped foot supports 4 rest in an articulated manner. The dolphin tubes 1 are to increase weight filled with concrete and thus find their fixed point in bearing shells 5 of the floor cylinder 6. When the dock 2 is lowered, this is provided by the two dolphin tubes 1 each Dolphin locks 3 guided in parallel, and through the articulated mounting of the dolphins 1 in the bottom cylinders 6 it is possible that the dolphins 1 are trimmed of the dock 2 or a crane can adjust the same. (Fig. 3) The bottom cylinder 6 are designed as bells 7 open at the bottom, the sheet metal jacket of which is pressed into the ground is until an upper support plate 9 another sinking of the dolphin-bottom cylinder combination PREVENTION For particularly soft floors, as shown in Fig.
(Fig.5) Die Dalben 1 würden in diesem Fall bereits für den Seetransport in den Dalbenschlössern 3 in einer quasi hochgezogenen Stellung gehaltert und das Docks 2 so transportiert.4 a support plate 9 with thrust plates 10 according to the load capacity For hard floors, a larger diameter plate is required 11, possibly provided with Kraqen, the one or more mandrels 12 on the underside which are pressed into the ground. The bell jacket 7 'should be a lateral Prevent shifting of the fixed point. As a special advantage of the property the invention is considered as follows: The dock 2 can, if it is by means of a tow rope 17 must be towed to the final berth, already at the construction site with the required dolphins 1 are equipped. (Fig. 5) The dolphins 1 would be in in this case already for the sea transport in the dolphin locks 3 in a quasi raised position and the docks 2 transported.
Dock 2 is lowered to its final position on site, the dolphin holder qelöst so that the dolphins 1 when the dock 2 floats up stop at the bottom of the water. The dolphin tubes were used to increase the weight 1 filled with concrete before floating the dock, so that the loose floor cylinders 6 are pressed into the ground.
Another option that is a bit more complex and possibly with harder soils should be used, the dolphins 1 would be with the help of the auxiliary knees 18 and the weight of the sinking dock 2 in the ground, i.e. in the Press ground. For this purpose the dolphins 1 would have to be firmly attached to the dock for a short time 2 connected, the dock 2 can be further lowered in the direction of arrow F until the Plate 11 rest firmly on the floor, or the floor cylinder 6 (pressed into the floor are) by means of the auxiliary knees 18. When lowering, the depth of penetration of the plate 11 controlled by means of Tiefqanqsmarken on the dolphins 1. There will always be two diagonally qeqenover lying dolphins pressed, so that the process is done twice would have to. (Fiq. 6) This shows a weq, a dock with minimal effort on site to anchor. The dolphins do not need to be longer than the water depth, the dock 2 is positioned in an immovable position, the floating of the dock 2 in possibly imprecisely rammed dolphins and the assembly times at the berth are omitted can be reduced. Finally, the dolphins according to the invention are easily exchangeable and repairable.
In order to be able to dismantle the dock possibly in later use - e.g. for repairing or dredging the dock pit - are the bottom cylinders 6 according to Fig. 8 train. The construction shown there corresponds to a somewhat more solid one Formation of the in Fig, 4, by means of solid knuckles 15 on the dolphin tube 1 the Bottom cylinder 6 can be pulled out of the ground by the dolphin 1 (not shown) in that the dock 2 generates the necessary lifting force by lightly bilging. By rinsing the cylinder in the bottom makes the process easier. In the event that a dock pit is required, this is to be dimensioned so that the bottom cylinder 6 is within the dock pit.
