Description
Gießaufsatz zur Herstellung von Rohren. Für diese Anmeldung ist gemäß dem Unionsvertrage vom .z. Juni igi i die Priorität auf Grund der Anmeldungen in England vom q.. Dezember igi8 und 15. Januar igig beansprucht. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Gießaufsatz zur Herstellung von Rohren mit glatter hochglanzpolierter Innenfläche. Die herzustellenden Rohre werden aus Weichmetall gegossen. Um nun der beim Gebrauch eines solchen Rohres durchströmenden Flüssigkeit einen möglichst kleinen Widerstand entgegenzusetzen und um zu verhindern, daß durch etwaige Unebenheiten oder Höhlungen auf der inneren Mantelfläche des Rohres Eingriffsstellen entstehen, an denen d ie strömende Flüssigkeit weitere Zerstörungsarbeit verrichten kann, ist die Anordnung an dem Gießaufsatz so getroffen, daß sich an dem Ringeinguß, welcher von dem wassergekühlten Kern durchsetzt wird, ein Hilfseinguß anschließt, der mit dem Ringeinguß durch verhältnismäßig enge Einflußöffnungen in Verbindung steht, um ein Eintreten der sich aussaigernden Schlacken aus dem Gießaufsatz in die Gießform zu verhüten. Gleichzeitig ist die an dem Kern anliegende Innenwand des Gießaufsatzes mit Kanälen versehen, durch welche die über den kugeligen Kopf des Kernes herabfließende Schmiermasse sich über letzteren verteilen kann.Pouring attachment for the production of pipes. In diesem Einguß befinden sich die Ausflußöffnungen 46, die mit dem Ringausfluß 47 in Verbindung stehen, der in das obere Ende des Rohres ro hineinreicht. Von diesem Ringausfluß strömt das Metall in die Form; die Schmiermasse für den Kern wird an dem kugelig ausgebildeten Kopfstück des Kernes 41 durch ein Rohr 48 zugeführt und läuft durch.
