Abstract
Die erfindungsgemäße Kontaktbrücke besteht aus einem großflächigen ebenen Metallteil, an dessen Rändern abgebogene Anschlußstifte in zwei Reihen angeordnet sind. Diese Anschlußstifte sind als Einpreßstifte ausgebildet und weisen an ihren oberen Enden Anschlagschultern auf, die einen Luftabstand zu den darunterliegenden miteinander zu verbindenden Leiterplatten garantieren, so daß kein zusätzliches Isolationsmittel erforderlich ist. Zwischen den Anschlußstiften sind im großflächigen Metallteil Einbuchtungen vorgesehen, damit weitere zusätzliche Kontaktbrücken versetzt angeordnet werden können. Die Kontaktbrücken können außerdem entgegengesetzt zu den Anschlußstiften abgewinkelte Metallzungen aufweisen, die zur Aufnahme von gewickelten oder gesteckten Drahtverbindungen geeignet sind. Mit der Kontaktbrücke wird eine flächenhafte Verbindung zwischen verschiedenen Leiterplatten erreicht, wodurch sich eine sehr gute elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit ergibt.The contact bridge according to the invention consists of a large flat metal part, at the edges of which bent connecting pins are arranged in two rows. Das Löten kann auch in einem Lötbad erfolgen, wobei das Kontaktstück garantiert, daß die miteinander zu verbindenden Komponenten sich nicht lösen. Ein derart ausgebildetes Kontaktstück bietet zwar für die beim Löten zu lösende Aufgas be wesentliche Vorteile, jedoch sind zur Herstellung ehier elektrischen Verbindung immer zwei Arbeitsgänge, nämlich das Einsetzen des Kontaktstückes und das anschließende Verlöten erforderlich.
