  • BESCHREIBUNG
  • Der Patentanspruch zur Auto-Situationsbild-Kamera beinhaltet den ergänzenden Einbau eines bildproduzierenden Gerätes in Kraftfahrzeugen aller Nutzungsarten zur automatischen i3ildfertigung bei Vorkommen bestimmter Situationen.
  • Mit der bildlichen Erfassung werden Entstehung und Ablauf gefährlicher, im Straßenverkehr e inzukalkulierender Situationen sichtbar, rekonstruierbar.
  • l)ie Kamera ist im Fahrzeug so anzubringen, daß die zu produzierenden Bilder dem normalen Blickfeld des Fahrzeuglenkers entsprechen.
  • Die Funktion, die Bildauslösung ist zu steuern über Geschwindigkeits- bezw. Motorleistungsanzeiger in Verbindung mit Bremsenbezw. Hupsignalbetätigung.
  • Die Wahl der Gerätetechnik ist ausrichtbar an vorhandene Technologie-Entwicklungen und Vermarktungschancen: als Einzelbildkamera, Kassettenfilmkamera oder Kleinform-Video.
  • STAND DER Auf dem Gebiet der Verkehrsnutzungsbeweis-HEUTIGEN TECHNIK führlmg gibt es derzeit zwei Techniken: 1) den Fahrtenschreiber, eingesetzt im gewerblichen Personen- und Lastentransport, 2) radargesteuerte Geschwindigkeitsmessungen mit Bildaufzeichmlngen, ein Hilfsmittel der Polizei.
  • Die bildliche Erfassung bestimmter Situationen aus dem Blickwinkel und im Interesse des Fahrzeuglenkers gibt es nicht.
  • ERZIELBARE Die Vorteile der Auto-Situationsbild-Kamera VORTEILE liegen beim Fahrzeuglenker in - der eindeutigen Beweisführung richtigen Fahrverhaltens, - der Abwehrmöglichkeit falscher Beschuldigungen und - der dadurch schnelleren Schadensregulierung.
  • Bei den Kfz-Versicherungsgebern, der Polizei und den gegebenenfalls einzuschaltenden Gerichten - kürzere Bearbeitungszeiten, - höhere Aufklärungsquoten und - Schutz vor Betrügern.
  • Das Bild kann zur sichersten Zeugenaussage bei Verkehrsunfällen werden.

  1. PAENTANSPRUCH: OBERBEGRIFF Zum Patentschutz angemeldet wird eine Auto-Situationsbild-Kamera, KENNZEICHN. TEIL die, ergänzend in Kraftfahrzeugen fest montiert, beim Autofahren verkehrsrechtlich entscheidende Situationen und Zeitabläufe automatisch im Bild (in Bildern) festhält.
