Abstract
Verfahren zur Vorbereitung von in ein Stahlbetonbauteil eingebauten Vorspannaggregaten aus einem Spannrohr und darin angeordneten, bereits vorgespannten Spannstählen für ein Verpressen mit einer Verpreßmasse. Durch das Spannrohr wird ein aus einem Druckluftkompressor entnommener aufgeheizter Luftstrom hindurchgeschickt, und durch diese Luftstrombehandlung wird das Vorspannaggregat von in das Spannrohr eingedrungenem Wasser befreit. Dabei wird mit einem heißen Luftstrom gearbeitet, der zunächst getrocknet wurde. Dieser Luftstrom weist folglich bei Eintritt in das Spannrohr einen vorgegebenen Wert der Luftfeuchte auf. Die Luftfeuchte des aus dem Spannrohr austretenden Luftstromes wird gemessen. Sie wird mit dem vorgegebenen Wert der Luftfeuchte verglichen. Die Luftstrombehandlung wird erst beendet, wenn der Wert der Luftfeuchte der aus dem Spannrohr austretenden Luft mit dem vorgegebenen Wert der Luftfeuchte der eintretenden Luft praktisch übereinstimmt.Process for the preparation of prestressing units built into a reinforced concrete component from a clamping tube and already prestressed prestressing steels arranged therein for pressing with a grouting compound.
