Pyrophorfeuerzeug.
Brennstoffverbrauch ergibt.Pyrophoric lighter. The - invention aims at pyrophören lighters whose wick is fed by a special carburetor chamber into which the fuel can be transferred as needed from your otherwise completely closed fuel container to bring about a more economical consumption of fuel in a new way. This is achieved in that the fuel let out through a valve of a known type passes through an inner part of the gasifier chamber into the liquid-absorbing material, cotton wool or the like embedded in the bottom cap, and through this to the outer part of the gasifier chamber, in which, lying freely on the absorbent material, the inner end of the wick is accommodated. The subdivision of the carburetor space is made by a ring attachment, which is attached to the bottom of the fuel container and, when the bottom cap is screwed on, lightly onto the absorbent material housed in it. presses, reached. With this ring attachment, when the cap is removed, a filling space for easy refilling of fuel is created and the wick is protected from direct impregnation by the fuel emerging through the valve, which results in the aforementioned economical fuel consumption.

FIG. I is a vertical section therein. Fig. 2 is a side view with pulled down
Closure sleeve for the grater, ready to use, Fig. 3 with a side view
locked grater, ready to put in your pocket.
des Feuerzeugs unten, der- Aufsatzboden io.The lighter consists essentially of the sleeve i, the above the
Friction tool, consisting of the cutting iron 2 and the one through the cap 3 by means of the axis
q. rotatable friction wheel 5, and below the fuel tank 6, carburetor chamber 7 and
the wick 8 receives. To conclude the friction device, the sleeve g serves to conclude
of the lighter below, the top shelf io.
The fuel container is usually tightly closed by the cone valve ii installed in its base in that the base ro engages with a nut thread on a screw spindle 12 of the cone valve. If the base is unscrewed a little, the cone valve loosens or becomes even with light. Pressure against the bottom part is lifted from its seat and lets some fuel into the through the ring attachment 1q. The cylindrical space 15 formed in the fuel container bottom flow, which serves as a filling space when the closure bottom is completely removed. The liquid. is communicated to the pad made of cotton wool or the like 16 introduced into the hollow bottom 10, which it passes on to the inner end of the wick 8 lying free on the absorbent material in the annular space 7 '. The wick is led up in the inner tube through the fuel container to the rubbing tool, so that the closure sleeve g has free play. When filling, the valve cone ii, which is prevented by the spring 13 from falling into the fuel container, is pressed slightly inward, so that the fuel from the annular space z5 into the. Container 6 can flow.
