Claims (2)
1. Einrichtung zur Kalibrierung von Rohren durch Flüssigkeitsdruck, die eine auf einem Gestell montierte
geteilte Matrize mit horizontal verlaufendem Kalibrierkanal, der in seiner Gestalt der Rohrform entspricht,
und in dem ein Dorn zum Anordnen des Rohres längs der Kanalac'ase angeordnet ist, ein Mittel zur Flüssigkeitszuführu.ig
zum hermetisch abgedichteten Spalt zwischen Dorn und Rohr sowie ein Mittel zur Erzeugung eines
Flüssigkeitsdrucks zwischen dem Dorn und dem Rohr enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Mittel zur Erzeugung eines Plüssigkeitsdrucks in dem Spalt (10) zwischen dem Dorn (6) und dem Rohr (7) in
Gestalt einer hydraulischen Schlageinheit (24) ausgeführt ist, die eine Arbeitskammer (34), die mit einer Betriebsflüssigkeit
gefüllt ist, ein vertikal stehendes Druckgefäss (30) mit einem zylindrischen (25), indem sich ein
Schlagbolzen (26) bewegt, der bei Abgabe eines Schlags einen Flüssigkeitsdruck in der Arbeitskammer (34) erzeugt,
sowie ein Übergangsstück (36) enthält, mit dessen Hilfe die Arbeitskammer (34) mit dem Kalibrierkanal
(3) verbunden und in dem ein Kolben (37) zur Trennung der Flüssigkeit, die die Arbeitskammer (34) der hydraulischen
Schlageinheit (24) füllt, von der Flüssigkeit, die dem Spalt (10) zwischen dem Dorn (6) und dem Rohr (7)
zugeführt wird, angeordnet ist.
2. Einrichtung zur Kalibrierung von Rohren durch Flüssigkeitsdruck nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gek
e η η zeichnet, dass die Verbindung des Ubergangsstücks
(36) mit dem Kalibrierkanal (3) der Matrize (2) mittels eines hydrodynamischen Niederhalters (40)
erfolgt, der einen in der Matrize (2) längs derselben Achse mit der Achse des Kalibrierkanals (3) angeordneten Zylinder (49) mit einem Ringboden (50), mit dem er
sich gegen die Stirnseite des Übergangsstücks (36) der
hydraulischen Schlageinheit (24) stützt, einen hohlen
zweistufigen Kolben (51) > eier im Zylinder (49) angeordnet
und bei dem der Durchmesser seiner kleineren Stufe dem Durchmesser des Kalibrierkanals (3) der
Matrize (2) gleich ist, wobei er sich mit seiner Stirnfläche gegen die Stirnseite des Rohres (7) stützt, eine
Verbindungsbuchse (55) mit einem Plansch (56), die im Innern des Übergangsstücks (36) so '.Veine angeordnet ist,
dass ihr Flansch (56) sich im Innern des Zylinders (49) befindet und über die eine Stirnfläche mit der Innenfläche
des Ringbodens (50) des Zylinders (49) in Berührung steht, während seine andere Stirnfläche mit der
Stirnfläche des Kolbens (51) einen Ringspalt (57) bildet, der sich zur Achse des Zylinders (49) hin erweitert, sowie
eine im Innern des Kolbens (51) und der Verbindungsbuchse (55) angebrachte Drosselbuchse (58) enthält, die
radiale Bohrungen (59) aufweist, die gegenüber dem Ringspalt (57) liegen.
