Abstract

PURPOSE:To discharge the worked chip sequentially and smoothly to the outside, by forcefully supplying the working oil through a plurality of working oil supply holes provided in the axial direction onto the working face of a work with high pressure. CONSTITUTION:Two thin rods 6 made of copper-chrome alloy is inserted into a hollow pipe electrode member 5, then the outer-diameter of the electrode member 5 is finished through the dies work to caulk the thin rods 6 at the inside. Then two thin working oil supply holes 7 are formed between said rods 6 and the electrode member 5 and an electrode 8 for the discharge work is employed to forcefully supply the working oil onto the working face with high pressure through two holes 7 thus to discharge work a deep thin hole for supplying the polymer on a spinning mouth piece while the working oil is stirred by the electrode 8 thus to perform the discharge work.
