Vessel closure, consisting of a bottle neck encompassing,
hood-like locking head with locking claws hinged to its outer wall
and a disk-shaped terminating member guided in it. The invention relates
on vessel closures of the type known per se, which consist of a bottle neck
encompassing bolt head exist, in which there is a disc-shaped end member
leads, which is pressed against the bottle mouth by a pressure screw, which at the same time
affects the claws lying under the bead of the bottle neck. Of the
The pressure screw head acting on these claws is according to the present invention
designed so that these claws only in the first course of the pressure screw rotation
to be moved against the bottle neck in the direction opposite to each other,
that they, however, when tightening, the screw for pressing the closure member against
the bottle mouth no longer move against each other, but instead
only in the vertical direction the movements of the screws and the closure hood
following, place under .the neck bulge. Therefore, the head of the pressure screw is made of
a conical and an adjoining cylindrical part, of which the
the former is used to loosely apply the claws when turning the pressure screw
to move towards and from one another on or to release the bottle neck,
while when applying against the cylindrical upper part of the pressure screw head the
Claw lever give in to the movement in the vertical direction as long as the end link
is pressed against the bottle mouth by tightening the pressure screw. Should the closure
to be detached from the vessel, then, conversely, the terminating member must first be released
be loosened from the bottle mouth by screwing back the pressure screw,
whereupon the claws after the transition of their lever ends from the cylindrical to the
conical part of the screw head serving as a guide with the annular bead of the bottle neck
can be disengaged.
Fig. 2,
The drawing shows an embodiment of the vascular occlusion
according to the invention in Fig. i in elevation and in the closed position. Fig. 2,
3 and q. show the vascular occlusion partly in view, partly in vertical longitudinal section
before putting on with the locking claws spread outwards or in the locked position
with open or closed disc-shaped terminating element.
Oberteil besteht. In the illustrated embodiment, the locking head f to be placed on the neck bead of the vessel a is cylindrical and carries the double-armed claw levers c, d, m on its side tabs e, which with their bent lever arms m through slots n in a cutout k of the locking head enter and place their ends against the pressure screw h that can be screwed into the nut thread g. In the cavity q of the breechblock head, expediently inevitably, the disk-shaped closing element, which consists of a cap o with an embedded seal P, which can optionally be pressed against the mesh opening y. The cap o, which receives the closure plug P and has a downwardly beaded edge, lies tightly against the wall of the cavity q. The screw rotatable in the nut thread g of the head b presses after screwing in with the end of the screw bolt h against the cap o of the end member o, P. At the same time, the lever arms lie in against the head i of the pressure screw, which consists of a conical, with bulges provided lower part and consists of a cylindrical upper part.
After the screw h has been inserted into the nut thread g (Fig. Z) and after the closure head f has been slipped over the upper part y of the bottle neck, the lever arms m initially lie against the bead-like surfaces of the cone and are moved outwards as the screw continues, that the claws d pass from the spread position shown in FIG. 2 into the position shown in FIG. 3, in which they loosely grip the lower surface of the neck bead b. When screwing in the pressure screw h and tightening the same, as shown in Fig. 3 and q. It can be seen that the lever arms which have emerged from the slots n against the cylindrical upper part of the pressure screw head i, so that the claws under the bead b are prevented from moving further from or against one another. They follow the movement in the vertical direction and are therefore, depending on the direction of rotation of the screw, pressed more firmly under the bead b or loosened by it. By screwing down the pressure screw 1a, the seal of the closure cap o is therefore pressed against the bottle mouth y, the downwardly beaded edge of the cap o lies between the outer wall of the bottle mouth and the inner wall q of the closure head f, which sits on the bead b, to create a secure seal (Fig. Q.), Which is guided by further tightening of the screw h on the cap o and in the upward movement sought thereby presses the claws d all the more firmly against the lower surface of the bead b.
i übertreten. As long as the lever arms on the outer surface of the cylindrical upper part
of the screw head i can therefore loosen the sealing cap o, p from
the bottle mouth can be made without loosening the overall closure
by means of the claws would be feared. The claws hold the bead b so long
until the lever arms m from the cylindrical upper part to the conical lower part of the screw head
i trespass.
This is particularly the case when the closure is used for _ under high
Fluids under pressure are beneficial by gradually opening the sealing cap
the pressure medium can escape from the vessel without it being necessary beforehand
to have to remove the lock by loosening the claws.
