Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine im Pressentisch einer einfach wirkenden Ziehpresse angeordnete Drucklufteinrichtung, welche aus Druckluftzylindern besteht, auf deren Kolbenstangen eine gemeinsame Druckwange angeordnet ist. Derartige Drucklufteinrichtungen werden im wesentlichen als sogenannte Ziehkissen eingesetzt. Bei den bekannten Drucklufteinrichtungen wurden alle Zylinder über einen gemeinsamen Druckluftbehälter mit regulierbarer Druckluft versorgt. Hierbei war die Kraft der einzelnen Zylinder jeweils gleich groß. Beim Ziehvorgang von asymmetrischen Ziehteilen ergaben sich Schwierigkeiten durch unterschiedliches Ziehverhalten einiger Materialbereiche des Ziehteiles. Diesen Umständen abzuhelfen, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, daß, wie aus der Zeichnung ersichtlich ist, jeder einzelne Zylinder 1 bis 4 der Drucklufteinrichtung an einen eigenen Druckluftbehälter 5 bis 8 angeschlossen ist.
