Abstract
Description
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Verfahren nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 anzugeben, durch welches die Korngröße der supraleitenden Schicht gegenüber bekannten Verfahren reduziert wird und die Herstellung befriedigender supraleitender Schichtdicken ermöglicht wird.
