Description
Various types of coupling are known for the trolleys of mine railways. There are simple coupling hooks to the most complex couplings. The known Couplings are too cumbersome to use and too expensive to buy. The handling of the coupling hooks is easy and the acquisition costs are lower, but with these coupling hooks hook it is felt as a great grievance that the consumption is so great there these loose coupling hooks are very easily lost because some of them have already been lost by the operating teams is dropped due to carelessness, sometimes the rings pop out during use and also fall on the ground. Such coupling hooks then mostly disappear, because with the hasty one Plants and the poor lighting they are ignored, are quickly with Earth covered and lost forever as a result.
Die vorliegende Erfindung vermeidet die Übelstände, welche den bisherigen Kupp-The present invention avoids the inconveniences that the previous coupling
Der letztere Vorteil ist sehr wesentlich, da es von großer Wichtigkeit ist, einerseits bei Nichtgebrauch eine nicht am Boden schleifende Kupplung zulungs and coupling hooks adhered to it by the fact that a simple S-shaped hook is suitably designed so that he is constantly and firmly on the rings, which • Located on each end of the trolley, can be attached and through Com-. Binding with a second ring allows every coupling option, but at the same time by appropriate balancing brings the advantage that the hanging coupling is kept as short as possible while the stretched coupling is longer by a certain distance. The latter advantage is very essential as it is of great importance, on the one hand, when not in use one Clutch not slipping on the ground closed
■ haben, weil sich diese sonst in Widerstände■ have, because otherwise there will be resistance
' (Conveyor chain, etc.) gets stuck and there is a malfunction; on the other hand, however, the coupling must have a certain length in use in order to allow the car the necessary freedom of movement in the curves. This is particularly necessary for wagons with a low axle position, and it has not yet been possible to create a coupling element for these wagons which, when not in use, was short enough in its longitudinal dimension not to drag on the ground, but which became a little longer when in use .
The nature of the present invention is exemplified in the accompanying drawing illustrated, namely:
Fig. ι die Kupplung vor Befestigung amFig. Ι the coupling before attachment to
' Wagen,' Dare,
! Fig. 2 die befestigte Kupplung in herunterhängendem Zustande, Fig. 3 die Kupplung in Gebrauchsstellung. FIG. 2 shows the attached coupling in the hanging state, FIG. 3 shows the coupling in the position of use. The ring attached to the front of the car is denoted by α. The actual coupling consists of a double hook of the appropriate size. Of the two hooks b and c is. b designed as an actual hook, while the other end of the hook ends in a flat area which has a hole d . A ring e engages through this hole. As shown in Fig. 1, the hook Z 'is inserted through the ring α , in such a way that the ring in the bay of the
Teiles c liegt. The previously heated coupling hook is now bent together, so the part c is shaped so that the bay in which the ring α is located is closed. The coupling is therefore inextricably attached to the ring α and thus to the trolley and
hängt an diesem, wie Fig. 2 zeigt. 4 depends on this, as Fig. 2 shows. 4th
Dabei ist es wesentlich, daß der Haken b It is essential that the hook b
Durch diese Anordnung ist die Kupplung im Ruhezustande (Fig. 2) um die Entfernung f kürzer, während sie im Gebrauchszustande (Fig. 3) um diese Entfernung länger wird.ίο is balanced that the ring e does not pull the hook out of its vertical position, so the hole d is not under the ring a, but laterally offset from it. Depending on the weight gain, the distance / can be more or less. As a result of this arrangement, the coupling is shorter by the distance f in the idle state (FIG. 2), while it is longer by this distance in the state of use (FIG. 3).
The advantage here is thus achieved that each carriage has a fixed, non-releasable coupling on its end face. Depending on which is more convenient, you hang the hook b of one coupling in the ring e of the counter-coupling, or the hook of the counter-coupling in the ring of the first coupling. There is also the advantage that the hooked hook b is loaded by the ring e lying on it (FIG. 3) and prevents the hook from jumping out.
Furthermore, there is the advantage that the coupling is very short in the hanging state and does not drag on the floor even with very low cars, but in the position of use depending on the balancing of the 35 ring e, i.e. by as much as the ring c in the The hanging position is replaced laterally by the ring α , becomes longer and the hanging very short coupling is long enough for wide wagons in tight bends to cope with impacts of the 4 °. Avoid car corners or other damage.
