Die Erfindung betrifft eine ventillose Pumpe, insbesondere zur Förderung von Schmieröl, mit in einem Zylinder auf- und abwärts bewegtem Kolben. Das Neue der Erfindung besteht darin, daß das Öl dem Zylinder durch vom Kolben abschließbare Öffnungen unmittelbar unter dem Kolben zufließt und beim Heruntergehen des Kolbens durch eine in seinem Boden befindliche feine. Öffnung in eine Längsbohrung gedrückt wird, von der aus es weiter in einen den Kolben umgebenden Druckraum gefördert wird, wobei die Kolbenbodenöffnung so fein ist, daß das Öl beim Wiederheraufgehen des Kolbens nicht schnell genug durch sie zurücktreten kann, um ein praktisch merkliches Stören des Ölkreislaufes zu bewirken.Valveless pump, especially for pumping lubricating oil .. Soweit ist das Pumpverfahren im wesentlichen nicht mehr neu. Wenn der Kolben nun wieder hoch geht, sollte man annehmen, daß er sich Öl in den. unter ihm befindlichen Raum nicht nur aus dem Ölgefäß q. ansaugt, sondern auch aus dem über ihm befindlichen Druckraum, so daß eine regelmäßige Ölförderung nicht stattfinden könnte. Dieses ist aber, wie Versuche ergeben haben, nicht der Fall. Wenn die Öffnung 6 genügend klein gewählt wird, ist der Rückflug des Öles durch sie praktisch zu vernachlässigen, so daß die Pumpe praktisch so arbeitet, als ob sie mit richtigen Ventilen versehen wäre und ein fortdauerndes Fördern des Öles ergibt.The piston 2, which is driven by the eccentric 3, moves in the cylinder x.
