Description
The invention relates to a ceiling pivot arm for medical rooms, corresponding to the generic term of claim 1.
Ceiling swivel arms are used in operating theaters and intensive care units in hospitals for moving Support of medical devices and dispensing points for medical gases and electrical connections. Their dimensions are tailored to the rooms in which they are used. Because of the long The production time of the ceiling swivel arms must be carried out at an early stage of the construction planning can be initiated, in which changes, which result with the construction progress, have not yet been made '. are overlooked.
A known ceiling swivel arm for use in medical rooms is made up of two horizontally one above the other, the swivel arms. They are among each other through an arm pivot bearing tied together. The other end of the upper swivel arm is on another pivot bearing on the Attached to the ceiling of the room. Both pivot bearings have a swivel range of 270 ° each. The other end the lower swivel arm carries a vertical stand tube and a connection box. The stand tube is in its length rigid or adjustable in height and takes the desired in brackets at its lower end medical treatment equipment. The power supply lines brought up through the ceiling for medical gases and electricity are inside the ceiling swivel arm up to the lock box guided. There they end in plug-in couplings or in sockets to which the lines of the treatment devices are connected be connected. The swivel arms are in a shell construction from a square hollow profile manufactured, the ends of which terminate in welded cylindrical hollow bodies, in which the pivot bearings are added The disadvantage here is that the overhang required for the location is already at the beginning of the Manufacturing must be determined because the main part the processing steps can only take place afterwards. Subsequent adjustments are not possible. The ^ γίoπίage is due to the difficult accessibility the swivel arm interiors are cumbersome and a safety separation from electrical ones and gas lines are difficult to implement (prospectus 6383.1, June 74, Drägerwerk AG).
A well-known ceiling mount for the assembly of electromedical Equipment with electrical and gas supply lines has an anchored sn to the ceiling, telescopically adjustable column that extends vertically downwards and the lines in separate Contains guide shafts. At the bottom the column ends in a launch box. This contains in a horizontal plane several connection points for optional, independent, detachable fastening of the support arms, which can be both pivoting booms and rigid pipes. The support arms as cantilevers are with the closing box connected by pivot pieces with pivot bearings and around parallel, in the assembled state vertical axis *, swiveling. All Pivot bearings have cavities for feeding through the supply lines. The disadvantage is that they are independent Detachable attachment of the support arms only for the optional equipping of the ceiling mount with a different one Number of support arms is suitable. A help for any adjustment of the projection the support arms are not given because the support arms have to be made or in the special lengths can be kept in stock in certain standard lengths. For versions with only one support arm and low Loads are then also the column and the terminal box unnecessarily large and strong (DE-C M 76 27 083).
The invention is based on the object of creating a ceiling pivot arm for medical rooms, which, with its structure, has a decision about the boom lengths that is as late as possible.
The object is achieved in accordance with the characterizing part of claim 1. Advantageous further developments of the subject matter of the invention are described in claims 2 to 4.
Das Halbzeug für Träger und Profilschienen kann gleichfalls vorbereitetThe advantages achieved by the invention are in particular that it is through the structure of the ceiling ' swivel arm from detachably connected individual parts is possible, the particularly long-lasting Arbcilsganges, such as the manufacture of the pivot bearings, regardless of the manufacture of the carrier and profile rails, the length of the storage determine to undertake. The semi-finished product for beams and profile rails can also be prepared
The cutting to length is just before assembly required, so that a decision is only required towards the end of the entire production process. Through this, that a stock production of important items is possible, there is also a shortening of the Delivery times. Compared to previous welded constructions, the time-consuming welding work with subsequent welding is no longer necessary Heat treatment as well as straightening and plastering. The elimination of any heating makes a problem-free one Use of high-strength light metal alloys possible. This leads to lower loads for the receiving parts of the building and the installing personnel. The mutual bracing of the girders the profile rails provide high stability, also against torsion, with small external dimensions. Included is at the same time the required separation through the connection of two carriers designed as a hollow profile of the lines realized without additional effort. The attachment of the pivot bearings and their detachable covers allow easy access to the cavities for the introduction of the lines during assembly. The close contact between supports and profile rails as well as plugs and covers The closed surface achieved ensures the hygienic requirements. The possible modification with only a carrier allows for lower demands on the load capacity according to weight, space requirements and optical impression lighter version.
Es zeigtEmbodiments of the invention are explained below with reference to the drawing. It shows
Fig. 1 einen Deckenschwenkarm in perspektivischer Darstellung,1 shows a ceiling swivel arm in a perspective view,
F i g. 2 den unteren Ausleger in teilweise aufgebrochener Darstellung, mit Einzelheit A in größerem Maßstab, F i g. 2 the lower arm in a partially broken view, with detail A on a larger scale,
F i g. 3 eine andere Ausführung des unteren Auslegers mit nur einem Träger,F i g. 3 another version of the lower boom with only one beam,
F i g. 4 einen Schnitt durch das Armdrehlager.F i g. 4 a section through the arm pivot bearing.
The deck swing arm according to FIG. 1 consists of one upper arm 1 and a lower arm 2, which are connected by an arm pivot bearing 3. At the end of the upper boom 1 is a ceiling-side pivot bearing 4 with a flange for ceiling mounting. With the end of the lower boom 2 is via a pivot bearing 5, which can also be designed as a rigid connection can, a vertical tube 6 connected. The vertical tube 6 carries a terminal box at its end, not shown with device receptacles and tapping points for the supply energies in which the Cables guided by the ceiling swivel arm end. The upper 1 and lower arm 2 each contain two parallel Carrier 7. The pivot bearings 3, 4, 5 are surrounded by covers 9.
According to FIG. 2, the girders 7 of the lower boom 2 (this also applies analogously to the upper boom 1) consist of closed rectangular hollow profiles, which can be adapted to the expected loads on the inside by reinforcing ribs (not shown). An outside of the hollow profile carries a dovetail-shaped rib 10. The ribs 10 of the carrier 7 are 1 facing each other. They are encompassed on the top and bottom in their slopes 31 by a profile rail 111 which is adapted to these slopes 31 and clamped against each other with screws 12. One profile rail 11 has a threaded blind hole 32 and the other profile rail 11 has a countersunk through opening 33. Under the tension of the screws 12 and the inclination of the bevels 31, apart from the contact with the bevels 31, there is a tight lateral contact between the supports 7 una Prufilschieii ^ n 11, which results in a firm connection and avoids joints. The through openings 33 are closed to the outside by elastic plugs 8.
At the ends of the lower boom 2, the carriers 7 are braced with the pivot bearings 5.3. This happens by yokes 13 that overlap the carrier 7 and are pulled with screws 14 against the pivot bearings 5.3. In the cavities of the carrier 7 and through the pivot bearings 3, 4, 5 are the lines for electricity 15 and for Gases 16 out separately.
Die Verbindung mit den ürrhiagern 3, 4, 5 erfolgt wie zu F i g. 2 beschrieben.F i g. 3 shows the lower boom 2 in a version for low loads. The use of just one carrier 7 is sufficient for this. To cover its rib 10 and to form separate cavities for the line routing, a rectangular hollow box section 17, slotted on one side, is clamped on the slopes 31 of the rib 10 under its own elasticity with its slotted side and Ii - ; : on the side of the carrier 7. The connection with the ürrhiagern 3, 4, 5 takes place as in FIG. 2 described.
The structure of the arm pivot bearing 3 (and analogously also the other pivot bearings) and the routing of the cables within it, Fig. 4. A lower bearing plate 18 is by screws 19 with the inner rim 20 and also an upper bearing plate 21 with the outer Wreath 22 connected to a ball bearing. They are surrounded by the screw connection, not shown with the respective boom connected inner parts 23 of the divided covers 9, which by hoods 24 are closed. Extends through the bearing plates 18, 21 and the inner rim 20 of the ball bearing There is a central opening 25. With the yokes 13 and screws 14, the supports 7 are connected to the lower 18 or upper bearing plate 21 connected. Where the carrier 7 touch the central opening 25 is in their Wall eire recess 26. From the cavity 27 of a carrier 7 in the upper arm 1 through the recesses 26 and the central opening 25 into the cavity 28 iles corresponding carrier 7 in the lower arm 2 extends a corrugated hose 29, the ends of which by elastic sealing flanges 30 in the cavities 27 and 28 are established and signed off. The lines 15 for electricity are through this corrugated hose 29 out and through a corrugated hose, not shown, running parallel to it in the same way the lines 16 for gases. As a result, the lines are routed separately within the pivot bearings 3, 4, 5 maintain. Corrugated hoses 29 and lines 15, 16 follow the movements of the pivot bearings 3, 4, 5, whose angle of rotation is limited in a known manner h'aci. A. Completion of the assembly work are the covers 9 completed by sliding their elastic hoods 24 on. These anchor themselves in well-known, Not shown, with projections on their inside in corresponding recesses of the inner Part 23.
