Abstract
Description
Erweitert werden diese Möglichkeiten auch durch Einsätze an Strand- oder Hafenanlagen (wenig Tiefgang).contaminated Sea, river and sea bottoms only a few fields of application for this cleaning system. These possibilities are also extended by deployments to beach or harbor facilities (little Draft).
With usual Excavators and grabs are sand, gravel or rock well movable. Mud, on the other hand, light sand and biological rottenness are immediately swept away by water during lifting and remain over a long time Time in limbo.
The arrangement described below is not intended to heretofore replace but expand.

Appropriate This system can be used almost anywhere. Intended is for that a transport container, the construction and all equipment can record.
There These containers are designed in Euronorm-measure can, even transport by truck or train without difficulty feasible (the container is not shown on the sketch).
Lagerung gegeben.
- Phase 1: On a crane (
6 ) is a suction cup (7 ), lowered from the floating construction into the water and on the ground. The crane can be swung out on all sides and can be rotated 360 °. This allows a flexible way of working. So it is also conceivable to work at higher seas. A computer-aided compensation control for accurate operation is state of the art. The control panel (8th ) is only for manual tracking. - Phase 2: Operation starts with switching on the rinsing tubes (
9 ). Here, water is blown out to stir up the mud lying on the ground. The arrangement of the pipes (10 ) and spray nozzles (11 ) are also conceivable in other variations. The water used can be taken from the running process or the environment. Purged mud and water get over the suction cup (7 ) to the water surface and over the illustrated piping system (13 ) into the separating cylinders (14 ). The sludge is in the separation cylinders (14 ) separated from the water. Two chambers (15 .16 ) are each with a conically shaped stamp (17 .18 ) closed at the bottom. Is mud and water in the upper room (15 ), the sludge remains for a short time to sink. The other cylinders are working offset in time, so that a continuous flow of work. Does the stamp (17 ) of the upper cylinder by lifting a flow, only sludge is sucked down for a short period of time. Penetrate water, the stamp closes (17 ) again the upper chamber (15 ) and the stamp (18 ) of the lower chamber (16 ) can open. The sludge falls down on a conveyor belt (19 ). - Phase 3: The separated water can be added to the outboard after cleaning or can be used directly as rinse water. The sludge is conveyed to a suction device after exiting the cylinders with the conveyor belt and from there with pipeline (
20 ) or transport facilitated for further processing or storage.
