Abstract

A hydrocyclone installation with multiple hydrocyclones (1), each having a feed (2), a liquid product outlet (3) and a solids discharge outlet-connection (4), comprises a distribution device (5) for directing / taking off liquid , to / from, the individual hydrocyclones (1). The distribution device (5) has a flow section enclosed by a preferably cylindrical wall (7), with apertures (11) provided for the liquid feed (2) and product outlet (3) connections or for the solids rejection connection (4). The distribution (5) also contains a divider plate (9) which controls the flow area of the distribution device, and the feed connection is positioned upstream of, and the product (3) or rejection (4) connections are positioned to discharge downstream of the divider plate. The flow direction (6) is normally vertically upwards within the distribution section (5) and the divider plate (9) is arranged at an angle of 60 - 90 degrees to the flow direction.

Claims (13)

1. Hydrozyklonanlage mit mehreren Hydrozyklonen (1), die je mindestens einen Zulaufanschluss (2), einen Gutstoffanschluss (3) und einen Rejektanschluss (4) aufweisen sowie mit mindestens einer Verteilvorrichtung (5) für die Zu- und Abführung von Flüssigkeiten in die Hydrozyklone (1) bzw. aus den Hydrozyklonen, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
  • 1. dass die Verteilvorrichtung (5) ein Strömungsteil enthält, welches eine in sich geschlossene, vorzugsweise zylindrische Seitenwand (7) hat mit Öffnungen (11) für die Zulaufanschlüsse (2) und Öffnungen (12) für die Gutstoffanschlüsse (3) oder für die Rejektanschlüsse (4) der Hydrozyklone (1),
  • 2. dass die Verteilvorrichtung (5) eine Trennwand (9) aufweist, welche den Strömungsquerschnitt der Verteilvorrichtung (5) verschließt,
  • 3. dass die Zulaufanschlüsse (2) der Hydrozyklone (1) stromaufwärts und die Gutstoffanschlüsse (3) oder die Rejektanschlüsse (4) stromabwärts der Trennwand (9) in die Verteilvorrichtung (5) münden.
