Claims (8)

1. Hinweiszeichen auf die Anwesenheit eines Kindes in einem Fahrzeug, insbesondere Kraftfahrzeug, zum Anbringen oder Aufstellen an einer von außerhalb des Fahrzeugs einsehbaren Stelle, gekennzeichnet durch eine vollständige oder teilweise, vorzugsweise farbige Bilddarstellung (1) eines Kindes oder des Symbols eines Kindes und/oder eines ein Kind symbolisierenden Buchstabens und/oder Textes in oder auf einer Platte (2) aus durchsichtigem oder durchscheinendem Material, wobei die Bilddarstellung (1) durch eine Lichtquelle beleuchtbar ist.
2. Hinweiszeichen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lichtquelle aus Glühlampen, aus Halogenlampen, aus Neonröhren oder aus Leuchtdioden besteht, die hinter der Platte (2) angeordnet sind und diese durchleuchten.
3. Hinweiszeichen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (2) mit der Bilddarstellung (1) aus Glas, Plexiglas oder Kunststoff besteht und zusammen mit der Lichtquelle auf einem Gestell befestigt ist.
4. Hinweiszeichen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich im Inneren des Gestells Batterien oder ein Akkumulator befinden, die mit einem Schalter über elektrische Kabel mit der Lichtquelle verbindbar sind.
5. Hinweiszeichen nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Akkumulator aus dem elektrischen Bordnetz des Fahrzeugs aufladbar ist.
6. Hinweiszeichen nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell im inneren des Fahrzeugs, vorzugsweise mit Saugnäpfen an der Heckscheibe oder in deren Nähe, befestigt oder aufgestellt ist.
7. Hinweiszeichen nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell von außen am Fahrzeug, vorzugsweise über der Heckscheibe oder in deren Nähe, befestigt oder aufgestellt ist.
8. Hinweiszeichen nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schalter ein elektronisch steuerbarer Schalter ist, der seine Steuersignale von einem Abstandsmeßgerät erhält, das den Abstand zu einem nachfolgenden Fahrzeug mißt und bei Unterschreiten eines vorgegebenen Abstandes den Schalter einschaltet und/oder auf Blinkbetrieb umschaltet.
