Kit for a partition wall in rooms, especially for separating basement rooms and garage boxes.

The invention relates to a kit for a partition wall in rooms, preferably for separating basement rooms to create tenant basements, such as other used storage areas, as storage space. Basement partitions are made in multi-family houses or apartment blocks using various handcrafted construction methods. These include wooden partitions, mixed constructions made of metal/wood, metal supports with crossbars made of C-profile and folded sheet metal slats, element grid systems that are braced against the floor and ceiling with individual supports or rod supports. Subsequent spatial changes lead to considerable effort due to partially fixed construction, difficult changes in the material, or system-related design.

The purpose of this invention is to create a versatile, variable partition wall system from very few individual components, which is stable and safe, flexible and can be adapted to the respective room size, in length and height. By designing the room partition wall in this way, it is easy to create a shed, a cellar room or even a garage as a box, from floor to ceiling (wall height 2.20m). The standard heights in most rooms are approx. 2.25 - 2.60m.

The installation and assembly can be carried out by a layperson without any complicated tools. The wall material selected was a hot-dip galvanized structural steel mesh with a mesh size of 50/200mm, a bar thickness of 4/6.5mm and dimensions of max. w/h = 1300/2200mm. The reinforced cross bars create a very stable wall surface as soon as the ends of the mesh are clamped into the cold-drawn, sedzim galvanized and punched C profiles. This measure allows elements to be prefabricated, which can be determined in advance from drawings.

In the partition wall construction with the small dimensional increments of 50mm on the base line, doors, dimensions w/h = 800/2000mm or 800/2200mm, can be installed with 25/25mm rectangular tubes welded on the left and right onto the structural steel mesh and subsequent hot-dip galvanizing. For the hinge and locking side, an additional 20/20mm rectangular tube, hot-dip galvanized, is attached with rivets for the hinges and cranked angles for the stop and locking plates with self-tapping screws for use with padlocks. Alternatively, PZ locks with profile cylinders can be installed. When using steel as a building material in hot-dip galvanized or sedzimic galvanized versions, corrosion is essentially impossible. Cut edges on the steel mesh mats, such as the U-profiles, can be protected by cold galvanizing. By clamping the steel mesh mat into the C-profile, the risk of injury to the entire partition system and its rounded connections and joints is extremely low. This is a special feature of this invention and its design.

The invention is explained using the embodiments shown in the drawing. They show:

The widths and heights are to be separated at the bars of the mat, whereby the mesh must always remain closed, parts 9, 10 and 11 refer to the described hinges 9, the door stop angles 10 and the tabs for the padlock 11. 1. Kit for a partition wall in rooms, primarily for separating tenant cellars, for separating garage boxes, as well as for securing warehouses, other sheds, consisting of cold-drawn, galvanized profiles punched as in the drawing with hot-dip galvanized structural steel mats in variable dimensions in width and height. 2. Kit according to claim 1, characterized by the installation of door elements by means of welded-on structural steel mats on rectangular tubes on the left and right.
