Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen mit Dekor versehenen Griff der im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 erläuterten Art.The invention relates to a decorative handle of the type described in the preamble of claim 1.

Ein derartig dekorierter Griff ist aus der DE 36 22 596 C2 bekannt. Der bekannte Griff wurde aus zwei verschiedenen Kunststoffen spritzgegossen, wobei aus dem ersten Kunststoff ein Kern geformt wird, an dem beidseitig erhabene Dekorkörper vorstehen. Der Zwischenraum zwischen den Dekorkörpem wird anschließend mit einem zweiten Belagmaterial so umgössen, daß die Dekorkörper an den Griff-Flächen erscheinen und bevorzugt erhaben vorstehen. Da der Belagkunststoff nicht mit den Dekorkörpem verschmolzen werden darf, da ansonsten die Konturen des Dekors verschwimmen würden, ist dessen Anbindung sehr schlecht. Dadurch können sich an den Grenzflächen zwischen beiden Kunststoffen Mikrospalten öffnen, die schwer zu reinigen sind. Die Reinigung wird noch weiter erschwert, wenn die Dekorkörper, wie beim bekannten Griff bevorzugt, über das Belagmaterial vorstehen. Beim bekannten Griff muß weiterhin der Kern die gesamte mechanische Belastung beim Gebrauch aufnehmen, da das Belagmaterial keine kraftübertragende Anbindung hat. Der Kern ist jedoch durch die beschriebene Art der Dekorgestaltung in seinem Querschnitt stark geschwächt. Dadurch kann es insbesondere bei mechanisch stark beanspruchten Gerätschaften, wie Schneebesen oder Messer zum frühzeitigen Verschleiß kommen.A handle decorated in this way is known from DE 36 22 596 C2. Fig. 1 zeigt ein nur schematisch dargestelltes Messer 1 mit einem Werkzeugteil in Form einer Klinge 2, die mit Hilfe der üblichen Angel bzw. eines ähnlichen Befestigungsteils 2a in einem erfindungsgemäß ausgebildeten Griff 3 befestigt ist. Der Griff hat den insbesondere in Fig. 2 näher dargestellten, ovalen Querschnitt und besteht aus einem Grundmaterial 4, im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ein klarer, farbloser spritzgußfähiger Kunststoff. In der Mitte des Querschnittes und in dessen breitestem Bereich ist in das Grundmaterial 4 ein Dekor 5 eingebettet. Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist das Dekor 5 ein zweidimensionales, flächiges Dekor, das beispielsweise als Druckmuster auf jeweils einer Seite eines Flächenträgers 5a, 5b vorliegt, wobei die Flächenträger Rücken an Rücken, so daß die Druckmuster nach außen weisen, in das Grundmaterial 4 eingebettet sind. Aber auch Rührlöffel, Schneebesen oder Schöpflöffel können damit versehen sein. Das Dekor muß nicht unbedingt strikt zweidimensional sein, sondern kann beispielsweise auch eine Folie mit bestimmten Lichtbrechungserhebungen sein, die für besondere Effekte beim Bewegen des Griffes sorgt. Schließlich muß das Dekor sich nicht über den gesamten Griff erstrecken, sondern kann lediglich partienweise vorgesehen sein. Auch das Aufdrucken eines Dekors direkt auf ein Teil eines Griffes während der Herstellung, z.B. auf die erste Griff-Halbschale, ist möglich. Schließlich kann der Griff, beispielsweise für kompliziertere Griff-Formen, auch aus mehr als zwei Teilen hergestellt werden. Es ist weiterhin nicht unbedingt notwendig, daß die Griffteile aneinander angeformt werden; sie können auch gesondert hergestellt und unter Zwischenlegen des Dekors anschließend miteinander verschweißt oder verklebt werden. Für mechanisch weniger beanspruchte Griffe, beispielsweise für Bowlen-Schöpfkellen, ist auch die Verwendung von Glas als Grundmaterial denkbar.The handle designed according to the invention can be used for all household appliances, but is particularly suitable for all types of cutlery.
