Claims (6)

1. Vorrichtung zur Unfallverhütung bei Arbeitsgeräten in Form von Schneidgeräten, wie bodenseitig einsetzbare Freischneidegeräte, Motorsensen, wobei über einen motorischen Antrieb Schneidwerkzeuge antreibbar und über ein Gestänge eine Handhabung durch Bedienungspersonen durchführbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestänge (4) an seinem der Bedienungsperson zugewandten Ende eine durchsichtige Abschirmung als Schutzschild (7) mindestens zur Abdeckung des Kopfbereiches der Bedienungsperson trägt, wobei die Abschirmung (7) über Halteelemente (8) mit dem Gestänge (4) und/oder einer Handhabe (5) als Querträger zum Gestänge (4) verbunden ist. 1.
