Claims (8)

1. Papierfilter zur Verbesserung von Geschmack und Herkömmlichkeit von Kaffee, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Filter mindestens einen Wirkstoff aus den Stoffgruppen der schwerlöslichen oder unlöslichen Oxide und/oder Mischoxide und/oder Hydroxide enthalten.
2. Papierfilter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie als Wirkstoffe mindestens ein Element enthalten das mindestens eine von den beiden Eigenschaften hat, nämlich
  • a) daß es eine hohe Neigung zur Bildung von Komplexen hat und
  • b) daß seine Oxide und/oder Mischoxide und/oder Hydroxide sich einfach durch Hydrolyse und/oder Oxidation in der Form hochporöser Substanz mit ausgedehnter innerer und äußerer Fest-Fluid-Phasengrenzfläche bilden lassen.
3. Papierfilter nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Wirkstoffe mindestens eine oder mehrere der Substanzen aus den Stoffgruppen der
Eisenoxide und Eisenhydroxide,
Manganoxide und Manganhydroxide,
Zirkonoxide und Zirkonhydroxide,
Titanoxide und Titanhydroxide,
Hafniumoxide und Hafniumhydroxide,
Nioboxide und Niobhydroxide,
Tantaloxide und Tantalhydroxide,
Titanoxide und Titanhydroxide,
Zinnoxide und Zinnhydroxide,
Ceroxide und Cerhydroxide,
Siliciumoxide und Siliciumhydroxide,
Aluminiumoxide und Aluminiumhydroxide,
Molybdänoxide und Molybdänhydroxide,
Wolframoxide und Wolframhydroxide,
Germaniumoxide und Germaniumhydroxide,
enthalten sind.
4. Papierfilter nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konzentrationen der Wirkstoffe gemäß Anspruch 2 und 3 zwischen 0,1 Gew.-% und 50 Gew.-% liegen.
5. Papierfilter nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Filterpapier mindestens einen oder mehrere Faserbestandteile aus den Gruppen der organischen und anorganischen Natur- und Kunstfasern enthält.
6. Papierfilter nach Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oxide und/oder Mischoxide gemäß Anspruch 2 und 3 in partikulärer Form und/oder als Imprägnierung und/oder als Beschichtung auf dem Filtermaterial vorliegen.
7. Papierfilter nach Anspruch 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Filter die Form von handelsüblichen Kaffeefiltern besitzt.
8. Papierfilter nach Anspruch 1 bis 7, daß der Filter die Größe handelsüblicher Kaffeefilter besitzt, und zwar
