Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zur Überwachung der Zugvollständigkeit von lokbespannten Zügen durch die Verwendung von Beschleunigungs- und Drucksensorik. Dabei werden z.B. beim Einfahren in einem Blockabschnitt durch Achszähler die Achsen des Zugverbandes gezählt, bei der Ausfahrt geschieht dies wieder. Das Zugschlußgerät (1) beinhaltet einen Sensor zur Bestimmung des Luftdrucks (6) der Hauptluftleitung (18) des Zuges, einen Sensor zur Bestimmung der Längsbescheunigung (5), einen Sensor zur Bestimmung des freien Abstandes nach hinten (20) einen Prozessor (4) zur geeigneten Vorverarbeitung und Kompression der Meßdaten, eine nachladbare, akkugepufferte Stromversorgung (8) und eine Sendeeinrichtung (2) zur Übermittlung der Meßdaten an die Lok. Zur Beurteilung der Beschleunigungssignale kann eine topographische Streckenkarte (7) verwendet werden.
