KombuchakonzentratKombucha concentrate
Im Volksmund Kombuchapilz genannt, ist Kombucha eigentlich eine Lebensgemeinschaft verschiedener Mikroorganismen, Hefen und Bakterien. Dem Kombucha-Teepilz Getränk wird gesundheitsfördernde und immunstimulatorische Wirkung zugeschrieben. Das Getränk wird in der Regel in häuslichem Rahmen durch den Verbraucher selbst hergestellt.Commonly known as the kombucha mushroom, kombucha is actually a community of various microorganisms, yeasts and bacteria. Eine solche Kontamination hat in der Regel den Verlust der Kultur zur Folge, könnte sich, je nach kontaminierendem Organismus, u. U. aber auch auf die Gesundheit des Verbrauchers negativ auswirken. Zum anderen wird der Geschmack des Getränkes unterschiedlich beurteilt und nicht nicht jeder Verbraucher ist bereit die Pflege der Kombucha-Kultur durchzuführen, aus praktischen, ästethischen oder anderen individuellen Begründungen. Ein weiteres Problem ist die beschränkte Haltbarkeit des Getränkes.This home production is confronted with various problems. Durch die neutrale Einnahme als Kapseln ist der Verbraucher von der Herstellung und den individuell verschieden empfundenen Belästigungen (Geruch, Geschmack, Aussehen) befreit. Die in Schutzanspruch 2 formulierte weitere Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist die Kombination verschiedener gesundheitserhaltenden und gesundheitsfördernden Substanzen mit der förderlichen Wirkung der Kombucha-Substanzen. Schutzanspruch 3 bezieht sich auf die Fraktionierung (z.B. alkoholische Extrakte) oder Derivatisierung (weitere Konzentrierung, Mischung mit anderen Produkten) der Kombucha-Substanzen, die durch Schutzanspruch 1 gewonnen wurden.The features set out in claim 1 solve these problems. Der Komuchapilz besteht aus verschiedenen Mikroorganismen, die in einer Art Symbiose einen
Pfannkuchen ähnlichen Teig bilden, der sich mit zunehmender Reifung am Boden des Kulturgefäßes
absetzt. Der Kombuchapilz wird bis zur Reife in einem Gefäß kultiviert. Wenn dies nicht in
einem Tee/ Zucker basierenden Medium geschieht, wird das Nährmedium durch ein Tee/ Zucker
basierendes Medium ersetzt (z. B. 5 gr grüner Tee/l, 8% Sucrose unter Zugabe von 5% durch
Kombucha vergorenem Medium, die Teeblätter werden zuvor abgeseiht). Nach 8 Tagen wird
das konditionierte Medium 100 &mgr;&pgr;&igr; filtnert und durch Vakuum auf einen Restzuckergehalt von
mehr als 50% konzentriert. Der Kombuchapilz kann wiederverwendet werden. Das Konzentrat
wird verkaufsgerecht abgefüllt (z. B. in handelsüblichen Kapseln). Ein solches Verfahren
gewährleistet die gewünschen Vorteile: Konzentrierung, Konservierung, neutrale Einnahme und
