Beschreibung:
Leichtmetall Grundprofil (A) und Klemmleiste (B) aus Aluminium natureloxiert E6/EV1 20 my oder farbig pulverbeschichtet (Legierung), korrosionsfest.
Durch die Verbindung von Grundprofilen sowie Klemmleiste (als Türanschlagleiste) und den 13 mm starken Vollkernplatten entstehen Trennwandanlagen in einer stabilen Aluminum-Rahmen-Konstruktion.
Die Anlagen sind absolut wasserbeständig und fäulnissicher, chemikalienbeständig und pflegeleicht.
Die Trermwandanlagen werden als Toiletten - bzw. Duschabtrennungen zum Beispiel fur folgende Einsatzbereiche gefertigt:
• in Schulen / Kindergarten
• Krankenhäuser/ Arzt-/Massagepraxen

Claims (1)

  1. SCHUTZANSPRÜCHE
    Grundprofll und Klemmleiste
    Material: Leichtmetall Aluminium natur-eloxiert E6/EV1 20 my oder farbig pulverbeschichtet (Legierung), korrosionsfest.
    Grundprofil-Stangen (Länge 6000 mm): Durchmesser 45 &khgr; 33 mm Klemmleiste-Stangen (Länge 6000 mm): Durchmesser 11,5 &khgr; 16 &khgr; 12 mm
    Die Profile werden als Wandanschluss-/Eckverbindungen und Kopfprofil-Stabilisator bei der Herstellung/Montage von Trennwänden eingesetzt.
    Die Profile werden auf verschiedene Längen/Höhen geschnitten.
    • nach Zuschnitt wird im Grundprofd (A) eine 13 mm breite Nut ausgefräst
    • in diesen Ausschnitt wird eine 13 mm starke Vollkemplatte (diese wird nach verschiedenen Maßangaben gefertigt) eingesetzt, diese wiederum mit einem Grundprofil (A) zusammengesteckt (somit entsteht eine Trennwand)
    • für die Türen wird die Klemmleiste (B) als Türanschlagleiste benötigt, diese wird in das Grundprofil eingedrückt und rastet in die im Grundprofil vorgerichteten Nuten ein (Zeichnung Al).
    • beim Aufbau von Trennwänden mit Türen wird das Grundprofll (A) auch als Kopfprofil eingesetzt (zur Stabilisierung der Vorderfronten)
