auch aus mehreren, den Oberflächenkonturen des Toilettenbeckens angepaßten Bürstenelementen zusammengesetzt sein
können, bekannt. Bürsten stehen beim Reinigen stets nur im Punktkontakt mit der entsprechenden Oberfläche, stark verschmutzte
Oberflächen bedürfen kraft- und zeitaufwendiger Behandlung. Die Aufnahme der Borsten im Burstengrundkörper
mittels Bohrungen oder auch zwischen miteinander verdrillten Drähten bedingt insbesondere in diesem Bereich eine mit
der Gebrauchsdauer zunehmende Verschmutzung der Bürste, die nur schwer zu beseitigen ist. Zur Keimminderung ist die
Desinfektion mit größeren Chemikalienmengen erforderlich.
Die Herstellung von Bürsten ist kostenintensiv.
