PATENTANSPRÜCHE
1. Schruppgerät, insbesondere für WC-Schüsseln, mit einem Stiel und einem Schruppteil, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schruppteil lösbar und austauschbar am Stiel befestigt ist.
2. Schruppgerät nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schruppteil über eine Gewindeverbindung am Stiel befestigt ist.
3. Schruppgerät nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schruppteil mittels eines Bajonettverschlusses am Stiel befestigt ist.
4. Schruppgerät nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schruppteil mittels eines Presssitzes am Stiel befestigt ist.
5. Schruppgerät nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schruppteil mittels eines Schiebesitzes am Stiel befestigt ist, wobei am Stiel und am Schruppteil zusammenwirkende Elemente einer lösbaren Haltevorrichtung angeordnet sind.
6. Schruppgerät nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schruppteil Borsten aufweist.
7. Schruppgerät nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schruppteil eine flexible ebene oder gebogene Fläche aufweist.
8. Schruppgerät nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schruppteil einen schwammartigen Schruppkopf aufweist.
9. Schruppgerät nach Patentanspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schruppkopf ein Reinigungsprodukt enthält.
10. Schruppgerät nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schruppteil eine solche Form aufweist, dass mehrere Schruppteile stapelbar in platzsparender Weise verpackbar sind.
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schruppgerät, insbesondere für WC-Schüsseln mit einem Stiel und einem Schruppteil.
Solche Schruppgeräte sind allgemein gebräuchlich. Sie sind im allgemeinen so ausgebildet, dass sie einen Stiel aus Holz-, Kunststoff oder gebogenem Draht sowie einen Schruppteil aufweisen. Der Schruppteil besteht meist aus einer Bürste, die Natur- oder Kunststoffborsten haben kann.
Es gibt auch Schruppteile die glocken- oder schaufelförmig ausgebildet sind und im allgemeinen aus Kunststoff hergestellt werden. Bestehen sowohl der Stiel als auch der Schruppteil aus Kunststoff, so wird das Schruppgerät im allgemeinen einstückig hergestellt. Meist gehört zu einem solchen Schruppgerät auch ein Behälter, im allgemeinen ebenfalls aus Kunststoff, zum Auffangen von Tropfen. An diesem Behälter ist im allgemeinen eine Trägervorrichtung für das Schruppgerät angebracht.
Beim Gebrauch eines solchen Schruppgerätes wird lediglich der Schruppteil stark verschmutzt und schnell beschädigt, während der Stiel und der Behälter keiner wesentlichen Abnützung unterliegen. Auch wäre es gelegentlich vorzuzieheu, den beschmutzten Schruppteil zu entfernen und wegzuwerfen, statt ihn einer umfangreichen Reinigung zu unterziehen. Da man aber nicht jedesmal das ganze Gerät zusammen mit dem Behälter ersetzen möchte, was auch einem unverantwortlichen Materialverschleiss gleichkäme, muss entweder die unangenehme Reinigungsprozedur erfolgen oder das Gerät wird in einem unappetitlichen und unhygienischen Zustand belassen.
Ein weiterer Nachteil der bekannten Schruppgeräte besteht darin, dass sie sich nicht dafür eignen, den Hohlraum unterhalb des Schüsselrandes im Inneren der Schüssel zu reinigen.
Die Erfindung hat somit zur Aufgabe, ein Schruppgerät, insbesondere für WC-Schüsseln zu schaffen, das die erwähnten Nachteile nicht aufweist.
Das erfindungsgemässe Gerät der eingangs genannten Art ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schruppteil lösbar und austauschbar am Stiel befestigt ist.
Die lösbare Verbindung zwischen Schruppteil und Stiel kann als Gewindeverbindung, als Bajonettverschluss oder als Presssitz ausgebildet werden. Sie kann auch lediglich als Schiebesitz ausgestaltet sein, wobei dann am Stiel und am Schruppteil zusammenwirkende Elemente einer Fixationsvorrichtung vorzusehen sind. Der Schruppteil kann bürstenförmig ausgebildet sein, er kann auch die Form einer Glocke aus flexiblem Kunststoff oder einer ebenfalls flexiblen Schaufel aufweisen. Ferner kann er einen am Stiel befestigbaren Halteteil aufweisen, welcher mit einer schaumstoffartigen Masse als Schruppelement verbunden ist. Ein solcher Schruppteil eignet sich besonders zur Reinigung des oben erwähnten Hohlraumes unter dem Schüsselrand.
Der letzterwähnte Schruppteil kann auch ein Reinigungsprodukt enthalten, in gleicher Weise, wie es bei Schaumduschprodukten für die Körperpflege allgemein gebräuchlich ist.
Bei diesem neuen Schruppgerät kann somit der Schruppteil entfernt und durch einen neuen ersetzt werden. Es entfällt also die unangenehme Reinigung des beschmutzten Schruppteiles oder kostspielige Ersatz des ganzen Gerätes sowie des Behälters.
Ein weiterer grosser Vorteil des neuen Gerätes besteht darin, dass verschiedenartige Schruppteile befestigt werden können, je nach dem, ob das Schüsselinnere oder der Hohlraum unter dem Schüsselrand zu säubern ist.
Im weiteren ist es vorteilhaft, die Schruppteile stapelbar auszubilden, so dass mehrere von ihnen rationell und platzsparend in einer Ersatzpackung zusammen verpackt werden können.
Es ist auch möglich, einen Stiel zu verwenden, der einen mittels einer Klappe verschliessbaren Hohlraum aufweist, der ein Reinigungsprodukt aufweist. Der Stiel kann als wiederauffüllbarer Behälter (wie bei Shampooniergeräten für Teppiche) oder als einmal verwendbarer Wegverfbehälter ausgebildet sein. Das Reinigungsprodukt kann auch in einer Kunststoffkapsel sein, welche in den Stiel eingeführt wird, wie dies bei gewissen Zahnbürsten mit der Zahnpaste üblich ist.
Insgesamt kann gesagt werden, dass ein Reinigungsgerät nach der Erfindung universell verwendbar ist, je nach seiner Ausgestaltung.

The invention relates to a roughing device, in particular for toilet bowls with a handle and a roughing part.
Such roughing devices are generally used. They are generally designed so that they have a handle made of wood, plastic or bent wire and a roughing part. The roughing part usually consists of a brush, which can have natural or plastic bristles.
There are also roughing parts which are bell-shaped or scoop-shaped and are generally made of plastic. The object of the invention is therefore to create a roughing device, in particular for toilet bowls, which does not have the disadvantages mentioned.
The inventive device of the type mentioned is characterized in that the roughing part is detachably and interchangeably attached to the handle.
The detachable connection between the roughing part and the handle can be designed as a threaded connection, as a bayonet lock or as a press fit. It can also be configured only as a sliding seat, in which case interacting elements of a fixation device must then be provided on the handle and on the roughing part. The roughing part can be brush-shaped, it can also have the shape of a bell made of flexible plastic or a likewise flexible shovel. Furthermore, it can have a holding part which can be attached to the handle and which is connected to a foam-like mass as a roughing element. Such a roughing part is particularly suitable for cleaning the above-mentioned cavity under the bowl rim.
The last mentioned roughing part can also contain a cleaning product, in the same way as is customary for foam shower products for personal care.
With this new roughing device, the roughing part can be removed and replaced with a new one. So there is no unpleasant cleaning of the soiled roughing part or costly replacement of the whole device and the container.
Another great advantage of the new device is that different types of roughing parts can be attached, depending on whether the inside of the bowl or the cavity under the bowl rim is to be cleaned.
Furthermore, it is advantageous to make the roughing parts stackable, so that several of them can be packed together efficiently and in a space-saving manner in a replacement pack.
It is also possible to use a handle which has a cavity which can be closed by means of a flap and which has a cleaning product. The handle can be designed as a refillable container (as in the case of shampooing devices for carpets) or as a disposable disposable container. The cleaning product can also be in a plastic capsule, which is inserted into the handle, as is common with certain toothbrushes with toothpaste.
Overall, it can be said that a cleaning device according to the invention can be used universally, depending on its design.
