8. Tent according to at least one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that at least one of the longitudinal edges of the decorative element (12) is connected to the associated band-shaped flap (2, 3) via so-called suspender clips (15) and/or snap fasteners.

9. Tent according to claim 8, characterized in that the suspender clips 15 are located on the band-shaped flap (2,3).

10. Tent according to at least one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that at least the upper connection between the flap (2, 3) and the decorative element (12) is covered by means of a valance (13) or similar cover strip.

11. Tent according to claim 10, characterized in that the saddlecloth (13) and the upper flap (2) are connected to the tent fabric or the like by means of at least one common seam (4).
