Vorratsbehälter fur Flüssigkeiten und fließfähige Stoffe mit integrierter/(n) Dosierkamraer(n) zum Herstellen eines volumetrischen Mischungsverhältnisses unter Berücksichtigung eines evtl. noch im Vorratsbehälter befindlichen RestgemischfüllstandesStorage container for liquids and flowable substances with integrated dosing chamber(s) to produce a volumetric mixing ratio taking into account any residual mixture level that may still be in the storage container
Üblicherweise wird zum Herstellen eines volumetrischen Mischungsverhältnisses von zwei oder mehr selbstmischenden Flüssigkeiten oder fließfähigen Stoffen in einem Vorratsbehälter folgendermaßen vorgegangen: Zuerst ist der evtl. noch im Vorratsbehälter befindliche Restgemischfüllstand zu bestimmen, z. B. mittels eines geeigneten Meßstabes und Skale; danach sind aus dem Gesamtvolumen des Vorratsbehälters die aufzufüllende Gemischmenge als Differenz zum Restgemischfüllstand zu ermitteln und die Volumenanteile der einzelnen Flüssigkeiten bzw. fließfähigen Stoffe zu berechnen, mit denen sich das konstante volumetrische Mischungsverhältnis für die aufzufüllende Gemischmenge ergibt; unter Benutzung externer Dosierhilfen wie z. B. Meßbecher o. ä. werden anschließend die entsprechenden Füllmengenvolumina der einzelnen Flüssigkeiten bzw. fließfähigen Stoffe zugegeben. Diese Verfahrensweise ist umständlich, zeitaufwendig, unsauber und unter Umständen ungenau bzgl. des resultierenden Mischungsverhältnisses. Deshalb gibt es inzwischen technisch sehr aufwendige Lösungen (z. B. Klassifizierung G 05 D - 11/02, Patentnummer DE 38 36 602, Bezeichnung „Vorrichtung zur Zugabe von Additiven zu flüssigen Kraftstoffen"), die jedoch die o. g. Der im Schutzanspruch 1 angegebenen Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde, eine technisch einfache, leicht zu bedienende, wenig zeitaufwendige, sehr saubere, praktisch verlustfreie und stets zuverlässige Dosiermöglichkeit zu schaffen, um ein volumetrisches Mischungsverhältnis von zwei oder mehr selbstmischenden Flüssigkeiten oder fließfähigen Stoffen in einem Vorratsbehälter herzustellen unter Berücksichtigung des evtl. noch im Vorratsbehälter befindlichen Restgemischfüllstandes. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der im Schutzanspruch 1 angegebenen Erfindung wird anhand der Fig. 3 erläutert. Diese Bilderfolge beschreibt schematisch in einer zum Zwecke der Verständlichkeit geometrisch bzgl. Form und Größe von Vorratsbehälter und Dosierkammer vereinfachten Schnittdarstellung das Betanken eines Personenkraftwagens Trabant 601 mit Vergaserkraftstoff und selbstmischendem Zweitaktöl. Dieses Kraftfahrzeug benötigt aufgrund seines Zweitaktmotors beim Betanken ein Öl-Benzin-Gemisch mit einem vorgegebenen Mischungsverhältnis von 1 : 50. In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Vergaserkraftstoff die Hauptflüssigkeit, die in den Vorratsbehälter (hier Benzinkammer genannt) einzufüllen ist, während das Zweitaktöl der dosiert zuzugebende fließfähige Stoff ist, der in die eine vorhandene Dosierkammer (hier Ölkammer genannt) einzufüllen ist.An embodiment of the invention specified in claim 1 is explained using Fig. 3.
