Stand der Technik ist bei geschäumtem Material für Luftkanäle, daß durch mechanisches Bearbeiten von Plattenmaterial Kanäle vor Ort gefertigt werden.The state of the art for foamed material for air ducts is that ducts are manufactured on site by mechanically processing sheet material.
Neu ist der Einsatz bereits geschäumter Teile, z.B. Halbschalen, die beispielsweise an den Berührungsflächen zusammenzukleben sind. Diese Teiie lassen sich durch ihr geringes Gewicht sehr einfach montieren. Beispielsweise ist bei Einsatz von preisgünstigem Styropor (schwer entflammbar) durch eine Verklebung der Teile an die Zimmerwand eine schnelle Installation eines Luftkanals für kontrollierte Wohnungslüftung möglich.A new development is the use of already foamed parts, e.g. half shells, which are glued together at the contact surfaces.
