Es wird ein Polsterkörper insbesondere für Motoradsitzbänke aufgeführt, der eine fest verbundene Spiralfederanordnung mit einem Kunststoffunterbau und Verbindungselementen aufweist.Motorradsitzbänke herkömmlicher Bauweise bestehen aus einem Kunststoffunterbau,einem Schaumstoffkern und einem Deckbezug.Um einen Sitzkomfort bei diesen Sitzbänken zu erzielen,muß eine ungefähre Höhe von 8 cm bestehen und eine Breite von ca. 25 cm. Gute Vibrations- und Schlagdämpfung erreicht man erst ab einer Höhe von ca. 10 cm. das Disign vieler Motorräder verlangt jedoch eine flachere Sitzbank,wodurch der Sitzkomfort erheblich eingeschränkt wird. Das Problem wird mit dem Schutzanspruch gelöst.Mit der Erfindung wird erreicht, daß Vibrationen und Schlagdämpfung durch Federn besser abgedämpft werden, bei einer geringeren Polsterhöhe. Mit der individuellen Anzahl,Anordnung und Härte der Federn wird der Sitzkomfort je nach Gewicht des Fahrers optimiert.A cushion body is specified, particularly for motorcycle seats, which has a firmly connected spiral spring arrangement with a plastic base and connecting elements. Grundlage der Erfindung ist die Kunststofform.Sie kann aus geeigneten thermoplastischen Kunststoffen wie Polykarbonat,Polypropylen,Polyätylen oder ."ABS bestehen.Auf die erwärmte Kunststofform (ca 250 Grad) werden die Federn mittels eines Presswerkzeuges gedruckt,wodurch eine mechanische Verbindung zwischen den beiden Werkstoffen erfolgt.Dieses kann gleich bei der Herstellung der Kunststofform oder anschließend durch punktuelles erwärmen erfolgen.The basis of the invention is the plastic mold. Es werden zylindrische Stahldruckfedern mit einem Außendurchmesser von ca. 30 mm und einer Drahtstärke von 2 mm vorgeschlagen.Die Federn können konzentriert im Sitzbereich angeordnet u/erden,wobei die restliche Polsterfläche wie herkömmlich aus Schaumstoff bestehen kann,oder ganzflächig. Nun müssen die Federn mit einem festen Material abgedeckt werden,damit sie sich im Deckmaterial nicht durchzeichnen und eine seitliche Führung bekommen.Dafür schlage ich einen Nadelfilz mit einer Stärke von ca.5 mm vor, der untersiets mit einer 1 cm festen Schaumstoffschicht verklebt wird, wobei der Schaumstoff an den Federstellen in dem Durchmesser der Federn gelocht wird.Auf den Nadelfilz wird dann eine weitere Schaumstoffschicht aufgeklebt,die die obere Form bestimmt und eventuell.-die nicht mit Federn gepolsterten Flächen ausgleicht.(Siehe Zeichnung la und Ib)Cylindrical steel compression springs with an outer diameter of approx. 30 mm and a wire thickness of 2 mm are suggested.
