Die herkömmlichen Beleuchtungseinrichtungen für Bilder""«reisen Beleuchtungskörper auf, welche in der Regel an der Decke oder Wand fest angeordnet sind* Dabei ist es wesentlich, das räumliche Verhältnis zwischen der Beleuchtungseinrichtung und dem beleuchteten Gegenstand genau abzustimmen, damit eine optimale Beleuchtung erreicht wird. Dies ist beispielsweise in Gemälde-Ausstellungen und dergleichen besonders wichtig. Ist eine Feineinstellung der räumlichen Verhältnisse zwischen der Beleuchtungseinrichtung und dem beleuchteten Gegenstand einmal erreicht worden, so ist es wünschenswert, diese nicht mehr zu stören. Es ergibt sich aber oft die Notwendigkeit, den beleuchteten Gegenstand, zum Beispiel ein Bild in einer Ausstellung an einer anderen Stelle anzuordnen. Das ist notwendigerweise damit verbunden, daß die räumlichen Verhältnisse zwischen der Beleuchtungseinrichtung und dem Beleuchtungsgegenstand für eine optimale Beleuchtung neu abgestimmt werden müssen.
