Dichtbänder zum Abdichten von Fugen und Rissen im Innen- und Außenbereich von Gebäuden oder Mauerwerken sind hinlänglich bekannt. Sie dienen dem Zweck, das Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit und Nässe im Bereich der Problemzonen von Fugen und Rissen langjährig zu verhindern und somit Schäden am Gebäude oder Mauerwerk durch Fäuie oder Schimmmei vorzubeugen. Dieses Problem stellt sich insbesondere in Ecken und Kanten von Räumen bzw. an den Stellen, wo Mauerwerk, Gipskartonpiatten oder z.B. Fliesen aneinanderstoßen. Insbesondere in Naßzellen, Bädern und allen gefliesten Räumen ist eine Abdichtung notwendig, um ein Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit im Kantenbereich zwischen Mauerwerk und Fliesen zu verhindern.Sealing tapes for sealing joints and cracks inside and outside buildings or masonry are well known. Man kann erkennen, daß die Mitteibeschichtung 3 ausreichend Platz für die unbeschichteten Ränder 4 läßt.
