Description
BESCHREIBUNG Selbstaufladender Hubwagen DESCRIPTION Self-loading pallet truck
The invention relates to a self-loading lift truck according to the preamble of claim 1.
Such a type of lifting truck is known from DE 26 30 774 Al. It has an auxiliary chassis for the ascent and descent process. Furthermore, rear extensions of the loading area are provided, which can be swiveled under the rear part of the chassis after the lifting truck has been raised above the level of the loading area, whereby they protrude beyond the rear end of the loading area.
A self-loading pallet truck is also known from US PS 44 60 064. Instead of a lifting fork that can be subjected to force in the lifting and lowering direction, a separate extendable support is provided at the rear of the pallet truck for climbing up and down, whereby during the climbing process the lifting fork on the mast is synchronously lowered by means of the extendable support.
The invention is based on the object of disclosing another design of a self-loading lift truck. This object is achieved in a lift truck of the generic type with the characterizing features of claim 1. The subclaims contain advantageous designs.
Die Erfindung wird anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels erläutert. The invention is explained using an embodiment.

I.Fig. 1 shows a self-loading pallet truck transporting a load 0 on the driving level I.
The lift truck consists of a chassis A, a lifting frame B, which can be moved horizontally relative to the chassis A (motor-driven). A lifting fork C can be raised and lowered (motor-driven) on the lifting frame B, whereby a force can be applied in both directions. The lifting fork C consists of a fork carrier D and, opposite the fork carrier D, the (motor-driven) horizontally movable forks E, with which a load can be driven under. On the fork carrier - D, adjacent to the lifting frame B, a support wheel F (first support means) can be swung downwards (motor-driven) on a swivel arm, and on another swivel arm on the opposite side.

Nach Lösen der kraftschlüssigen Verbindung der Gabelzinken über Haltemagnet G und der Magnetplatte K der Ladefläche I (oder der formschlüssigen Verbindung) ist derAt the opposite end of the forks, a holding magnet G (second support means) can be swung downwards, which can be coupled with a magnetic plate K on the loading surface I in a force-locking manner. (A form-locking coupling with a holding device in the form of projections that can be folded out on the loading surface I, for example, is also possible). For self-loading, the pallet truck drives up to the loading surface I. The fork carrier D with the forks E is raised above the level of the loading surface I (motor-driven), and the pallet truck drives under the loading surface I with the wheel arms H. The forks E are then advanced (motor-driven), the support wheel F and the holding magnet G are swung downwards on their respective swivel arms, and the fork carrier D is lowered until the support wheel F and the holding magnet G are resting on the loading surface I. Now the (electro) magnet is switched on, thus creating a force-locking connection between the holding magnet G and thus the tip of the forks and the magnetic plate K on the loading surface I. There is a vertical distance between the underside of the fork carrier D and the loading surface I that is at least equal to the height of the wheel arms H. Now the coupling N between the chassis A and the lifting frame B is released and the chassis A with the fork-like wheel arms H is moved away from the loading surface I (by motor). The chassis A with the fork-like wheel arms H is then raised (by motor) via the lifting fork C, which can be applied in a vertical direction and is held force-lockingly at the front via the holding magnet G on the loading surface I, until the chassis A with the wheel arms H is raised above the level of the loading surface I. The fork-like wheel arms H are then moved (by motor) under the fork carrier D and the coupling between the lifting frame B and the chassis A is restored. This unit consisting of chassis A and lifting frame B is then pulled completely onto the loading area in the direction of the loading areas of fixed forks (motor-driven via the drive of the forks opposite the fork carrier) so that the drive wheel L and the wheels M are on the wheel arms H on the loading area I, so that the chassis and lifting frame together are completely on the loading area I. (The support wheel F and the holding magnet G can be arranged in a different vertical plane than the wheel arms H of the chassis A). After releasing the force-locking connection of the forks via the holding magnet G and the magnetic plate K of the loading area I (or the form-locking connection), the
