Mineralische SanierputzplatteMineral renovation plaster board
One method that has proven effective for renovating damp masonry is to remove the existing plaster and then apply a mineral cement plaster of a special composition. However, producing and processing such a plaster requires special expertise and experience and is relatively time-consuming and therefore expensive. Furthermore, the plaster produced using the known method takes a relatively long time to dry.
The invention is based on the object of creating a renovation plaster board that is equally suitable for plastering damp walls and is simple and economical to manufacture and process.
Als Zement eignet sich besonders Port-According to the invention, this task is solved by a mineral renovation plaster board, which consists of a foam concrete made from cement, river sand, glass granulate and water with the addition of foaming agents with a density of less than 1.3 kg/dm^. The solids of the foam concrete of the renovation protection boards preferably contain 2 to 3 parts by volume of cement, 5.5 to 6.5 parts by volume of river sand and 1 to 2 parts by volume of glass granulate. Port-
landzement PZ.350. The river sand used can have a grain size of 0-4 mm and the glass granulate can have a grain size of 2-4 mm and should be round.
The renovation plaster panels according to the invention are ideal for protecting against capillary rising moisture in masonry, salt efflorescence, mold infestation and increased room humidity. They can be used both outdoors on house bases, house facades, boundary walls, cellar exits and the like, and indoors in living rooms, cellars, work rooms, damp rooms, stables, etc. The panels can be processed easily and economically and enable drying times to be shortened. The use of large spraying machines, as used for plastering according to the known methods, is not necessary.
To achieve the desired moisture protection, a thickness of 2.5 to 3.5 cm for the renovation protection panels according to the invention has proven to be effective. The large front and back of the renovation protection panels are preferably provided with a rough surface in order to achieve a good connection between the panels and the wall and good adhesion of a finishing coat covering the panels. The side edges of the panels are preferably formed by flat, smooth surfaces so that the panels can be pushed tightly against one another.
Die Seitenflächen 4, 5, 6 ,7 der Platte 1 sindAn embodiment of a renovation plaster board according to the invention is shown in the drawing. The board marked 1 has the shape of a flat cuboid. The front 2 and the back 3 of the board 1 are provided with a rough, non-slip surface to ensure good adhesion of the mineral cement mortar for attaching the board to a wall and a mineral top coat. The side surfaces 4, 5, 6, 7 of the board 1 are

glatt. Several panels 1 can therefore be placed together with their side surfaces without any joints.
In tests, renovation plaster boards have proven particularly effective which were manufactured using Portland cement of quality PZ.350, river sand with a grain size of 0-4 mm, round glass granulate with a grain size of 2-4 mm made from recycled glass, water and a foaming agent, whereby the foam concrete mixture was composed of 3 parts by volume of cement, 8 parts by volume of sand, 2 parts by volume of glass granulate and 3 parts by volume of prepared renovation plaster foam.
The renovation plasterboards are easily installed using a pure cement mortar, which is used to glue them to the wall surfaces to be renovated. After installation, the surface of the boards can be plastered with a finishing coat.
