Beschreibung
"selbstschneidende Hohlschraube"
Gegenstand der Anmeldung ist eine Hohlschraube mit selbtschneidendem Gewinde zur operativen Versteifung 2-er oder mehrerer Wirbelkörper (Spondylodese) zum Gebrauchsmusterschutz.
technische Anwendungen:
Die angemeldete Hohlschraube wird - einzeln oder
paarweise - nach entsprechender operativer Vorbereitung zwischen den zu versteifenden Wirbelkörpern in sagittaler Richtung eingedreht (Abbildung Al).
Ausgehend von der menschlichen Ländenwirbelsäule, wobei die einzelnen Wirbelkörper {Abbildung 1,1) mit der Bandscheibe {Abbildung 1,2) verbunden sind, wird die Hohlschraube nach Ausräumen der Bandscheibe {Abbildung 1,3) und einer entsprechenden Bohrung
zwischen den beiden benachbarten Wirbelkörpern
selbstschneidend eingedreht (Abbildung Al).
Die überwiegend auf Druck beanspruchten Wirbelkörper werden durch die Hohlschraube fest verbunden und sichern die Entstehung einer Knochenbrücke zwischen den zu versteifenden Wirbelkörper (Spondylodese).
Das Eindrehen der Hohlschraube erfolgt mit einem im Inneren der Schraube plazierten Schraubendreher, der die Innenform der Hohlschraube besitzt.
Nach dem Eindrehen der Hohlschraube wird diese mit Knochenstücken geflickt und mit einem Deckel geschlossen.
Wanddurchbrüche zwischen den Gewindegängen erlauben, daß die eingebrachten Knochenstücke mit dem Wirbelkörper zusammenwachsen und somit eine feste Knochenbrücke bilden (Spondylodese).
Decken und Boden der Hohlschraube bestehen aus Polyäthylen (P.E.). Die dadurch möglichen Röntgenbilder in Achsrichtung der Hohlschraube erlauben die Beurteilung der möglichen Heilung.
2 Ringe (Abbildung 2,3 und Abbildung 2,4) verstärken die Hohlschraube auf eine quere Druckbelastung. Das Gewinde {Abbildung 2,1) ist selbstschneidend ausgebildet. Zwischen den Gewindegängen liegen Wanddurchbrüche. Im Inneren der Hohlschraube verlaufen in
axialer Richtung Stege (Abbildung 2,2 und Abbildung 2,6), welche die Hohlschraube versteifen.
Die Hohlschraube wird in verschiedenen Längen und Druchmessern hergestellt, um den verschiedenen individuellen Distanzen gerecht zu werden.
Die anzumeldende Hohlschraube unterscheidet sich von anderen, bereits verwendeten Hohlschrauben, durch ein selbstschneidendes Gewinde. Sie kann damit ohne ein zusätzliches Vorschneiden eines Gewindes eingebracht werden.

Claims (2)

  1. Schubzansprüche
    Oberbegriff: "selbstschneidende Hohlschraube" kennzeichnender Teil: dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    die Hohlschraube ein selbstschneidendes Gewinde zur operativen Versteifung 2-er oder mehrerer Wirbelkörper (Spondülodese) besitzt (Abbildung 3,1),
    zwischen den Gewindegängen Wanddurchbrüche liegen (Abbildung 2) ,
    im Inneren der Hohlschraube in axialer Richtung Stege verlaufen, welche die Hohlschraube versteifen (Abbildung 2,2 und Abbildung 2,6),
    das Eindrehen der Hohlschraube mit einem im Innern der Schraube plazierten Schraubendreher erfolgt, der die Innenform der Hohlschraube besitzt,
    Deckel und Boden der Hohlschraube aus Polyäthülen (P.E.) bestehen,
  2. 2 Ringe (Abbildung 2,3 und Abbildung 2,4), die Hohlschraube auf eine quere Druckbelastung verstärken,
    die Hohlschraube in verschiedenen Längen und Druchmessern hergestellt wird, um verschiedenen individuellen Distanzen gerecht zu werden.
