Der Gegenstand des Gebrauchsmusters soll an einem Beispiel näher erläutert werden.
In einer stofftypischen Schäumform mit den Außenabmessungen des Flächenelementes von 750 &khgr; 415 mm
wird Seidenpapier eingelegt und darauf in an sich bekannter Weise flüssige Poiyurethankomponenten aufgegeben,
die sofort mit einer Lage Seidenpapier bedeckt werden. Die Dicke für das Flächenelement beträgt
4,5 mm. Die Oberfläche im Oberteil der Form ist nach Art eines Riemchenverbandes gestaltet. Nach Aushärtung
ist das infolge der Seidenpapiereinlage trennmittelfrei
gewonnene Flächenelement für eine Farbgebung verwendbar, wobei der Haftgrund infolge der Kaschierung
sowohl für die Wandbefestigung des dünnwandigen Flächenelementes als auch für Acrylatfarbe vorteilhaft
