Die Erfindung betrifft die Kombinationseinheit einer Rückhaltevorrichtung (Fig. 1), bestehend aus beliebig vielen, miteinander kombinierten und untereinander variabel verbundenen, hauptsächlich horizontal etc. bzw. diagonal etc. bzw. überkreuzt etc. verlaufenden Stabeiementen (1) bestehend aus beliebigem Material, von beliebiger Länge und beliebigem Durchmesser, hohl oder massiv, für die sogen. Es entspricht gängiger Praxis, z.B. die 3. Bremsleuchte bei PKWs z.B. in Karosserieteilen zu integrieren, wie z.B. im Heckspoüer, auf Kofferraum-Kanten oder am Dachabschluß über der Heckscheibe. Hierbei ist von Nachteil, dass die Leuchten nicht im einsehbaren Bereich durch mehrere Heck- und Frontscheiben durch mehere Fahrzeugen hindurch einsehbar sind, weil sie entweder zu tief (Kofferraum-Deckel und Heckspoiler) bzw. zu hoch (Dachkante) angebracht sind. Sinn und Zweck der 3. hochgesetzten Bremsleuchte ist jedoch der, dass diese durch mehrere Fahrzeuge hindurch vom nachfolgenden Verkehr frühzeitig wahrgeommen werden kann. Es geht nicht darum, dass der unmittelbar hinterherfahrende Verkehrsteilnehmer anstelle von 2 Bremslichtern nun 3 Bremslichter an dem Fahrzeug vor sich sieht. Sondern darum, dass das 3. Bremslicht auch dann noch früherkennbar ist, wenn die regulären Bremsleuchten durch davorfahrende Fahrzeuge verdeckt werden. Und diese Früherkennbarkeit ist nur dann gegeben, wenn die dritte Bremsleuchte im mittigen Bereich der Heckscheibe positioniert ist, weil nur dieser Bereich durch mehrere Fahrzeuge hindurch weithin erkennbar ist.It is common practice, for example, to integrate the 3rd brake light in car body parts, such as in the rear spoiler, on the trunk edge or on the roof edge above the rear window. Der Erfindung liegt deshalb die primäre Aufgabe zugrunde, die Bremsleuchte an geeigneter, weil früherkennbarer Stelle zu montieren, wozu sich die Konstruktion dieser Rückhaltevorrichtung anbietet.The invention is therefore based on the primary task of mounting the brake light in a suitable location that can be recognized early, for which the design of this restraint device is ideal.

Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsmässig dadurch gelöst, dass die Leuchte (bestehend aus einem sogen, optischen Block mit Streuscheibe, Reflektor, Glühbirne etc., mit Gehäuse und/oder Halter etc. etc.), (z.B, einer 3. Bremsleuchte etc.) mittig am quer verlaufenden Rahmenteil (Fig. 2 ) der Rückhaltevorrichtung angebracht ist. Entweder dass der Gehäusekörper der Leuchte axial mit seiner Längsachse parallel zur Längsachse der Stäbe zwischen diese Stäbe eingefügt ist (Fig. 2), oder dass die Leuchte unter- und/oder oberhalb räumlich zwischen den Stäben placiert wird (Fig. 3) oder dass er mitteis geeigneter Vorrichtung an den Stäben angeschraubt, angeklemmt etc. etc. wird (Fig. 4). Diese Lösung erlaubt es, dass fast sämtliche handelsüblichen Zusatzieuchten angebracht werden können. Um insgesamt eine sichere Befestigung zu ermöglichen wird die Rückhaltevorrichtung selbst z.B. mit der Hutablage und/oder den sogen. "C-Säu!en" etc. sicher und dauerhaft verschraubt, bzw. geklemmt, genietet etc. Zu diesem Zweck werden z.B. separate Montageteile ( 3 ) verwandt, in die die vertikal verlaufenden Verbindungs-Stäbe ( 4 ) bzw. die horizonatlen Stabelemente eingesteckt werden. Dafür ist in dem Montageteil eine entsprechende Bohrung (11 ) vorhanden. Das Montageteii selbst wird mit Schrauben, bzw. Muttern, Gewindebuchsen oder Gewindestifte oder durch Nieten etc. etc. befestigt. Diese Art der Montage hat den Vorteil, dass die Rückhaltevorrichtung selbst bei Bedarf sehr leicht durch herausziehen aus dem Montageteil demontiert werden kann.The problem is solved according to the invention in that the light (consisting of a so-called optical block with diffuser, reflector, light bulb, etc., with housing and/or holder, etc. etc.) (e.g. a 3rd brake light, etc.) is attached centrally to the transverse frame part (Fig. 2) of the restraint device. Damit die Leuchte in einer Höhe positioniert werden kann, die sich als optimal für die früh- und femerkennbare Wahrnehmung ergeben hat, ist die Rückhaltevorrichtung ausreichend hoch und breit bemessen. Diese Bauhöhe und Baubreite kann sich ggf. für einige Fahrzeugtypen als zu hoch bzw. als zu breit erweisen. Hier hat der Anwender die Möglichkeit, die Rückhaltevorrichtung im Nachhinein selbst den örtlichen Gegebenheiten im Fahrzeug anzupassen. Zu diesem Zweck braucht er nur die horizontal verlaufenden Stäbe (1) auf den vertikal verlaufenden Verbindungsstäben (4) etwas enger zusammenzuschieben und dann die vertikalen Verbindungsstäbe entsprechend zu kürzen bzw. dass die horizontalen Stäbe selbst rechts und links durch herausziehen bzw, hineinschieben der Teleskop-Endstücke ( 9 ) gekürzt bzw. verbreitert werden (Fig. 11). Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, dass einer der horizontal verlaufenden Stäbe komplett entfernt wird, sodass die Rückhalte-Vorrichtung, die im Regelfall aus drei bzw. vier horizontal verlaufenden Stäben besteht, in diesem Fall nur noch aus zwei bzw. drei horizontal verlaufenden Stäben besteht.The restraint device is sufficiently high and wide so that the light can be positioned at a height that is optimal for early and long-distance perception.
