Die Erfindung betrifft einen Beutel für solche Vakuum-Verpackungsmaschinen, bei denen das zu vakuumierende Gut (im Beutel) vor der Maschine, also außerhalb dieser, liegt.The invention relates to a bag for vacuum packaging machines in which the goods to be vacuum-packed (in the bag) are located in front of the machine, i.e. outside it.
Moderne Vakuum-Verpackungssysteme verwenden durchweg Polyäthylen-Beutel. Sie sind in bereits zugeschnittenen Größen oder in Rollen, bei denen der Nutzer die Größe seiner Beutel selbst bestimmt, erhältlich. Vielfach ist es üblich, während des Vakuumierens einen Zusatzschlauch in den Beutel einzuführen, um zu sichern, daß tatsächlich die Luft in angestrebtem Maße herausgezogen wird. Ansonsten kann es, vor allem wenn der Beutel wenig gefüllt ist, vorkommen, daß infolge des Zusammenklebens der Folien ein nur bedingt taugliches Vakuum entsteht. Zur Gewährleistung eines Vakuums von industrieller Qualität auch bei einfach handhabbaren Maschinen für den Haushalt oder Freizeitbereich sind seit einiger Zeit Plastikbeutel, die über ein System von Luftkanälen verfügen, im Einsatz (vgl. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, bei jedem Vakuumierungsvorgang und insbesondere unabhängig von der Form und Konsistenz des zu vakuumierenden Gutes im gesamten Beutel ein definiertes Vakuum zu erzeugen. Ziel ist es dabei, durch die Gestaltung des Beutels auszuschließen, daß vom vakuumierenden Gut, z. B. Das Wesen der Erfindung liegt darin, daß der Plastikbeutel aus drei Bahnen besteht, wobei die mittlere Bahn eine luftdurchlässige Struktur aufweist. Diese, zwischen den beiden glatten (also unstrukturierten) Plastikbahnen befindliche Einlage ist bevorzugt eine Gaze oder ein Vlies. Die luftdurchlässige Struktur dieser Bahn kann auch netzartig aufgebaut sein. Die drei Bahnen des erfindungsgemäßen Beutels werden in bekannter Weise aus einer Endlosrolle oder vorgefertigten Beuteln zugeschweißt.The essence of the invention is that the plastic bag consists of three webs, with the middle web having an air-permeable structure. Hierbei besteht der Beutel aus den beiden Polyäthylen-Bahnen 1 und 2, die mit dem dazwischenliegenden Vlies 3 zusammengeschweißt sind.
