Claims (10)
1. Packmaterial für Gefäße zur Massenanzucht von anhaftenden Zellen, wobei das Packmaterial Elemente aus gekrümmten,
folienartigen Material aufweist.
2. Packmaterial gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Elemente kleine (eins bis einige Millimeter Maximalabmessungen),
dünne (etwa 0,05 mm bis 0,25 mm), gekrümmte oder konvolutenartige Einheiten ähnlicher Abmessungen aufweisen.

3. Packmaterial gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Elemente verdrillte Rechtecke einer dünnen transparenten
Kunststoffolie beinhalten.
4. Packmaterial gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Elemente die Form eines Zylindersegments, eines konvolutenartigen
Bandes, von verdrillten Gestaltungen aus einer flachen Folie, die Form von Raschigringen, besitzen.
5. Packmaterial gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Elemente aus einem dünnen, transparenten, physiologisch
geeignetem Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt sind.
6. Packmaterial gemäß Anspruch 5, wobei die Elemente einer Oberflächenbehandlung unterworfen worden sind, um
die Zellanhaftung zu verbessern.
7. Packmaterial gemäß Anspruch 5 oder 6, wobei das Kunststoffmaterial
ein Polyolefin, ein Polystyrari, ein Polyamid, ein Polycarbonat, ein Polyetherpolymer oder ein
Copolymer der vorstehenden Polymere ist.
8. Packmaterial zur Verwendung in Kulturgefäßen, welche
für die Anszucht von anhaftenden Zellen geeignet sind, im wesentlichen wie vorstehend und unter Bezugnahme auf die
Beispiele und Zeichnungen beschrieben.
9. Kultursystem zur Züchtung von anhaftenden Zellen, das ein räumliches Packmaterial, wie beansprucht in Anspruch 1
bis 8, beinhaltet.
10. Verwendung des in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 beanspruchten
Packmaterials zur Züchtung von anhaftenden Zellen und von Zellen, die zum Wachstum ein Substrat mit
großer Oberfläche benötigen.
