Produsul contine drept strat de adeziv flexibil o compozitie polimerica termoreactica pe baza de copolimeri acrilici termoreactivi, dispersie apoasa, sau amestecuri de copolimeri acrilici reactivi, cu grupele functionale în aceleasi proportii ca si copolimerul acrilic, care se depune la raclul II al instalatiei de stratificare pe hîrtie antiaderenta la o grosime de 0,3...0,5 mm film continuu omogen, la o viteza de lucru de 4,0...6,0 m/min, uscarea-reticularea avînd loc la un gradiet de temperatura crescator de 140...154 degree C, asigurîndu-se flexibilitatea si adezivitatea între stratul de uzura poliuretanic si suportul texil cu blana sintetica.
