Die Mischvorrichtung A wird nach Fig. 1, 2 und 3 aus einem flachen Blechstreifen B hergestellt. Die Flügel 6 werden vom Streifen B ausgestanzt und im rechten Winkel zur Ebene des Streifens abgebogen. Die Kante C des Streifens ist mit Kerben versehen und in der fertigen Vorrichtung in Form eines Flansches umgelegt. Der Streifen wird durch passende Walzen hindurchgeschickt, um auf Hülsenform zurechtgebogen zu werden. Die Flügel 6 ragen dann in das Innere dieser Hülse, und der Flansch C ragt nach außen. Die so fertiggestellte Mischvorrichtung kann in die Saugleitung eines Motors eingesetzt werden, indem der Flansch C zwischen den Flansch der Saugleitung und den Flansch eines Vergasers festgeklemmt wird. Zur Einfügung der Vorrichtung in eine bestehende Maschine ist es demnach nur notwendig, die Flanschen des Vergasers und der Einlaßröhre etwas voneinander zu entfernen, die Vorrichtung einzusetzen und die Flanschen wieder zu verschrauben.The mixing device A is produced from a flat sheet metal strip B according to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3.
