Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine RoUmaschine zur Herstellung von Bonbons ohne Naht, bei der über den Form walzen eine feste und eine bewegliche Förderwalze ange-5 ordnet sind. Das Neue besteht in der Hauptsache in der Anbringung eines zwangläufig bewegten Abdrückholzes, das den Karamelstrang bei der Verarbeitung gegen die Formwalzen hält und die fertigen Bonbons selbst tätig wegschafft. Die Bonbons werden durch die bekannten Rollwalzen a, a, b geformt. Während der Arbeit wird die Walze b in bekannter Weise durch das Exzenter c senkrecht auf- und abwärts verschoben. Durch diese Bewegungen der Walze b werden die Walzen a, a, die mittels der Arme e mit der Walze b verbunden sind, in bekannter Weise in wagrechter Ebene hin und her verschoben. Der Antrieb der Walzen α, α, b erfolgt nach bekannter Art, und zwar so, daß beide Walzen a, a die gleiche Drehrichtung haben. Die zu Bonbons zu verarbeitende Karamelmässe wird durch irgendeine bekannte Fördervorrichtung auf die in üblicher Weise vorgesehenen beiden Gummi walzen d und d_x gebracht. Diese Gummiwalzen d und d_x haben eine glatte Oberfläche, befinden sich während der Arbeit in drehender Bewegung und haben eine ähnliche Antriebsvorrichtung wie die Walzen a, d. h. die Walzen d und d_x haben unter sich die gleiche Drehrichtung. Während die Walze d_x fest gelagert ist, kann die Walze d durch die Exzenter f in wagrechter Ebene verschoben werden. Die Karamelmasse kommt in einem Strange, der die Stärke der fertigen Bonbons hat, auf die Walzen d und d_x. Die Walzen d und d_x bringen auch den Karamelstrang in drehende Bewegung, wodurch er derart bearbeitet wird, daß er über die ganze Länge die gleiche Stärke erhält. Der Schieber h, der durch die Exzenterstange g und das Gestänge i, k angetrieben wird, überdeckt die Gummiwalzen d und d_x so länge, wie der Karamelstrang von jenen bearbeitet wird. Die Bearbeitung des Stranges I durch die Walzen d und d_x dauert so lange, bis die Walze d durch das Exzenter f so weit verschoben ist, daß der Karamelstrang zwischen den beiden Walzen d und d_x hindurch auf die darunter liegenden Rollwalzen a, a, b fallen kann. Gleichzeitig wird auch der Schieber h durch sein Gestänge i, k so weit verschoben, bis die Walzen d und d_x frei sind und ein neuer Karamelstrang eingebracht werden kann. Zu diesem Zwecke ist das Holz m durch den Bügel ο (Fig. 3) mit der Welle der Walze b verbunden. Dadurch wird das Abdrückholz m entsprechend den Bewegungen der Walze b auch auf- und abwärts geführt. Gleichzeitig kann dem Abdrückholz m, das in seinen Gleitsteinen η drehbar gelagert ist, auch eine schwingende Bewegung erteilt werden. Diese schwingende Bewegung dient dazu, die gerollten Bonbons aus den Walzen a, a, b herauszuschaffen (Fig. 2). Erreicht wird diese Bewegung durch die unrunde Scheibe p (Fig. 4 und 5), die Stoßstange q und den auf dem Drehzapfen des Holzes sitzenden Hebel r (Fig. ι bis 3). Bis die Bonbons gerollt sind und weggeschafft werden müssen, hat die unrunde Scheibe p eine derartige Stellung eingenommen, daß sie die Stoßstange zu verschieben beginnt. Mit fortschreitender Umdrehung der Scheibe p wird die Stange q immer mehr verschoben. Die Stange q stößt auf den Hebel r und dreht damit das Abdrückholz m. Die Schwingbewegung des Holzes muß so groß sein, daß die Bonbons auf den Ablauf t der Maschine geschafft werden. Die Feder s drückt die Stange q gegen die Scheibe p.
